I think RS-Jarja needs to be able to mark opponents. Like what does the radome on its shoulder even do?
But other than that, the buffs have made it really fun to play. I feel like it's finally viable and I don't have to overcompensate with my skill to help out the mobile suit.

STOMP match ( one sided mastch based on *2x higher scores* ) seems happen more often.. 😮

man, I love RS-Jarja. It can tangle at all ranges despite being a pretty simple loadout. Surprised it got buffed, but then again with Perfect Gundam around seemingly everything needs a buff to compete on even terms...

It's a suit that never had any real impact on the meta, and went really underused. The Heavy Stagger, good movement, and melee were supposed to make it pretty good, but it had really long reload times that made using the Heavy Stagger dangerous and the melee capabilities stopped being nearly as relevant as other support at the same cost started getting balancers as a pretty standard skill.
Comparing it pre-buff to Sisquiede, and it was really obvious that the Sisquiede has a far more practical mid to long-range, and was about equal with RS Jarja before using Offense Mode.
I love the RS Jarja, but it still feels like it's missing another shooting weapon to allow it to keep up DPS, and practically has useless grenades in space where it's supposed to be designed to excel at. The new buffs make it feel a lot more like Zeta C1, with powerful burst damage and a heavy stagger that helps sets up melee that really messes with generals quite a bit. Though the missiles were always quite great at doing everything from DPS, breaking MA, and stunning while you charge for melee. Perhaps a bigger lunge and overall better hitbox on the melee swings would have let it take off with more of a running start instead of being a unit that felt forgotten and didn't get a Lv2 until well passed a year after its release.

@@scottwrathfon9872 Eh, I dunno about this. Can't really relate to your experience. I've never had problems getting good results from it, especially in melee. Probably my favorite 550 support together with Xeku Eins Type 2

    Poor Jegan @ 2:25
    Got absolutely annihilated.
Went from full health to none in less than four seconds

I think the Heavy Stagger and ability to target feet with explosives that stun on this and various other 550 units may end up being really important with how powerful Perfect Gundam ended up being. On paper it looks easier to stun than something with MA, but that shield skill can let it tank damage and stuns that even a Lv2 Döven Wolf would be jealous of. Hitting that shield while the BR is out is like hitting an EZZ with a much higher damage reduction, while it can activate shoot back while charging at you, tank additional stuns and get a buff with quickturn (I'm guessing that's supposed to be like the Gundam's Newtype shot around its back), and you're still going up against a machine that is incredibly mobile and durable with 19k HP and the ability to get beam and melee defenses to 40+, making it comparable to Rebawoo in many ways, and even better than it in many ways.
And I was in the camp that initially thought it was going to be something like a 4* MKII, with a few flashy skills that could be played around without an egregious amount of effort.

Played it a few times, but teams didn't get me much praise for it. Don't know about now.

I was trying to get a friend to play GBO2 on PC but unfortunately at D rank you pretty much can't find any matches. But we jumped into a custom match and for fun I ran a 100 cost suit and my friend ran a 700 cost suit. It was a fun match since I ran a support that could stun pretty easily but of course I still lost 🤣. But that made me realize there are some pretty fun suits to use at lower cost and kinda do wish they would rotate them in more.

Agreed, I had to use the lv 3-5 versions just to play with them on 300, since 100-200 isnt on rotation anymore and 250 is as rare as natural diamonds.
      Speaking as a PC player.

I think GBO is transferring more into the arcade-y territory since in the anime it wasn’t jus speed but damage that got negated underwater
plus how unusable old suits have become in 500-700
if your suit doesn’t have good skills you’re just feeding the team points.
it’s not bad for a direction but the old suits with the old style of play exist with the new ones that just have the automatically win skill (joke)

The same long beep sound can be heard for some reason.
