😬 My 2 scariest experiences didn't make this list. I tried to pick things that most people would actually enjoy and want to do. Let me know if you want a part 2!
5. Volcano Boarding in Guatemala - funny story about this one. I was actually so scared when we made it to the top of the volcano that I made a ILY video for my family in case something happened to me! 🤣 "just in case"
4. Rhino Trekking in Swaziland - Seeing a wild rhino in a car was thrilling enough for me. I had no idea it was even possible to walk with wild rhinos. The guides here are experts and have spent their whole lives in these areas. But when the first 4,000lb rhino came out of the bushes I was thinking, our guide only has a stick?!! What is he going to do with just a stick?!
3. Paragliding in Switzerland - Interlaken is one of the most popular place in the world for paragliding and for a great reason. It is beautiful! We've been paragliding in a few areas around the world now and Interlaken is my favorite! Funny story...one time we were paragliding in Rio, Brazil and Huds guide fell right before they went off the edge of the mountain!
2. "Stairway to Heaven" in Austria - Not it's official name, but probably what it's best known as. This was Hud's first via ferrata (climb where you are harnessed in) he ever did. I was too scared and decided to sit this one out. But he had so much fun that he might have convinced me to join him on the next one.
1. Swimming with humpbacks in French Polynesia - This one isn't scary at all. (well besides being in open water with one of the biggest animals in the world 🤣) But it made the list because it is definitely something you need to experience!!! It is hard to explain the feeling. But the baby was so curious and kept circling us. And then the mom came into view and I've never felt smaller! One of the coolest experiences we've had in 167 countries!
First let me earn enough money to do all that😂
I haven't had a vacation in 10 years. I did get a 4 day weekend though that was dope. French Polynesia looks awesome hope to visit one day.
