Utica is an extremely well versed queen and to me she didn't have a single look that was bad . Alot of her looks are very unique ! She turns looks alot more then I thought she was and due to her making alot of her stuff and whatever other reasons it's really easy for me to identify if it's Utica Queens looks because she is so individual IMO.
THANK GOD someone finally pointed out that Trinity didn't do the assignment. I loved the look but it didn't meet the theme of the runway. Not that I wanted Trinity to go home or be in the bottom or anything, it's just been bugging me that no one has pointed that out, either on the show itself or in any of the review shows I watch. Same with Jan, she was only wearing a single pattern, too (sorry, paper shopping bags don't count as legitimate accessories of an outfit). The judges used to always point out if a queen missed the assignment, but this season they don't seem to care. Like how Yara got away with wearing exactly zero frills on the frills runway without anyone mentioning she didn't do the assignment like even a little bit.
I agree with TKB missing the assignment, but Jan had polka dots on the purple knee suspender thing and stripes on the socks... also had a heart pattern in her hair. so even if you take the bags away there's 4 patterns on her. it still wasn't god tho, but more patterns than Kylie or TKB

It's so clear that Raja wants to be on Drag Race again as a contestant so that she can show off her runway visions. I'm here for it. I would tune into a show that is just unconventional materials challenges week after week and Raja is a contestant.
I thought that this runway concept was really UNIQUE!! I love Raja’s philosophy about not everything matching because it makes everything look more poppy and interesting.
My TOP TOOT for this week is RAVEN ... come on ya'll, that look is simply devine ... She nailed this week's assignment ❤❤ And RAJA is following really close ... Sometimes I do think they overshadow the others because they are SO good in following the assignment and have great taste. Just saying 😋😋😜😜

Thank you Raven for calling the lack of “clashing” patterns out for Trinity’s look. It’s a lovely print but one print and the makeup isn’t enough for clash of patterns. Its a toot but for this runway not as good as hoped. I agree if only the bodice was a full different pattern, it would have been top looks for me. Eureka had the best use of clashing patterns with fashion for me her and rajah were fully top looks on the runway. Kylie I would have loved if we got more prints. Jan, I appreciate it but I wish more of the clothes had clashing patterns. Ginger my main complaint is the skirt ruffle. It shortens her. But! This is how to do clashing patters if you only one pattern to work with. The color blocking was awesome. I feel like a lot of these queens said “I’ll clash with other queens but not actually make the clash within for my own look.” Kylie could have been so good if she had even just added a zebra stripe it could have been a top look. If you read through this minor rant I appreciate it.
Come through Eureka! Hopefully the fandom mellowed a bit and not hating on her after this. I actually really like her energy. She can be loud but also caring and quiet if she must. Sad that she didn't get the win this time
I lofe Eureka. She always seems confident, professional. She looks so comfortable on the runway, shes always in on the joke with Michelle and Ru and making them laugh. And her acting challenges are always a home run! Definitely a front runner for me.

Pandora should’ve painted her face like a skeleton, but still keep it glam and pretty… or at least just made her whole face more dark and smokey. I think it would’ve made the look way more successful. Especially since her dress is rly not even close to what Sally’s looks like. (They use some of the same patterns but that’s rly the only similarity 😬)

I’m still kinda salty that Scarlet went home with that GORGEOUS dress! Not only did it play into her story for the challenge, but it also told a story, which I personally love about outfits, when I can see it & I can FEEL what they serve!
So cool that you mentioned a leopard print butterfly because they exist! I know because it is my favourite one : the Arctia caja, it is a butterfly with 2 pairs of wings, the first and largest wings are in a colouration resembling giraf skin , while the second wing pair has leopard like look!
I know this will never happen but my wish for any upcoming season is that every contestant has to make all of their own garments/outfits, no outside help from designers! That would make the competition completely authentic!
I love how ravens look has developed over the years. I didn’t like her in season 2- she was very nasty- but I love her now. Raja was amazing on her season and I am a bigger fan now. They have great chemistry.
For the "assignment" I can see that Trinity and Akeria may have taken "Clash" as in warrior. Akerias purse looks like a weapon, and Trinity gives off warrior vibes. This is all my own speculations tho. Also for the whole runway, it seems that the theme would be just Patterns because there really is not that many clashes.

Pandora's look really annoyed me if you look at Sally it had some of Sally patterns but it wasn't at all accurate she could have done so much better she could have probably painted herself f****** blue done some sort of face paint like where's the effort yeah I can see that you're referencing Nightmare Before Christmas but there were so many better ways to put that outfit together

I think A'Keria is wearing two different clothes patterns so she definitely meets the assignment. There's a corset with skirt and a second corset (curves around the boobs individually, idk what that style of corset is called) with something else drawn onto the "dress form".

Pandora's look really annoyed me if you look at Sally it had some of Sally patterns but it wasn't at all accurate she could have done so much better she could have probably painted herself f****** blue done some sort of face paint like where's the effort yeah I can see that you're referencing Nightmare Before Christmas but there were so many better ways to put that outfit together

OMG! I was so amazed with TKB’s outfit until I watched this. I also did not see any clash of the patterns there.
I think A'Keria is wearing two different clothes patterns so she definitely meets the assignment. There's a corset with skirt and a second corset (curves around the boobs individually, idk what that style of corset is called) with something else drawn onto the "dress form".
But the facekini is so similar to the one she wore on her season.

most of Jans looks didn't scream Jan. like, it felt like Jan was just wearing them. it had no essence of what Jan is. But her clash of the patterns look was kinda fitting for Jan. and also her Goth runway was really Jan.
