Your diy project using USB FM Card was not professional but unique from others! Thanks for adding captions on every steps! It would be grateful if you provide provision to add Bluetooth mini card with this diy!
Which connector you have used to connect speaker to the audio output? Can you give any provision to add fan in order to cool it down if components heated, in long run into the box?
I used PCB Headers for Speaker Connections.
If you use it for long time,
You have to use Heat sink in 7805 Voltage Regulator & 5V/12V cooling fan...
If you use both, this will run smoothly...

Can you make it
There are 3 types of SD cards.
1) SD
2) mini SD
3) MicroSD
You can connect SD Card on 6 pins above USB pins.
But cannot connect MicroSD card directly. If you want insert MicroSD, you need Adapter for that.
It may SD card Adapter or USB adapter.
In this video I'm using USB adapter.

Yes, will work
Music not playing from pen drive. When pen drive is connected nothing happens but FM is working
Double check the usb connections VCC,GND,d+,d-.
Even if not working, maybe pendrive fault or MP3 module fault.
Because, FM working good..
