allah fazal kare aur jald sehet yabi ata kare aameen. bhindi achi ho to sadah see bhi bani hoye achi lagti hai, kabhi main bareek bareek kaat ker tal leti hoon aur phir zeerah, kuti hoye surkh mirach, namak aur haldi dal ker thora aur tal ker utar leti hoon, dahi aur roti ke saath bara maza deti hai
I usually squeeze it in my plate :) Tomatoes I used were lovely tangy. Some time tomatoes are very bland, lemon is must then. Taste raw tomato before adding lemon you might not need it. Thanks for liking the recipe.

jo authentic recipe hai us ka itna pata naheen bante to kaye terha hai bhagare baigan. socoon gi arsa he ho gaya nahen banye yaad aaya to bana doon gi! inshaallah
@rmanzoor71 wash them and dry them totally. cut them and deep fry in very hot oil. dot add all fry in lots. 2 cups oil, one cup bhindi, oil can be reuse for cooking. do not touch water

Bajia aap say aik request hay k plz Pakistan may jo lunch may street hotels par nan channay military hay Jon k opar Buhat Sara oil Hota hay plzzzzz wo cook karna Sikha den. Typical nan channay jo hotay hay. One thing I tried to cook that murg channay but opar wo oil ki layer nahi ati hay even k may Buhat Buhat Sara oil dala
Green chilies I have used are very hot and heavily canted. They are from India and they come frozen in a packet and I have shown this packet in one of my recipes as well. I have a large verity of green chilies in my garden but nothing close. These frozen chilies were not available before but now you see them often in Indian and Pakistani grocery stores. add them only by cutting in half, just remove them from your plate.
As you wish but its better to make as it is for the perfect results. Eat half and freeze half for emergency visitors :) family of 4 can not have it twice its not much!
