Roland discovered her singing in a little bar, and gave her a shot to sing on their single .... she's suddenly performing on big stages, and getting praise and this was one of her early performances ... he also produced her first couple of albums
There was such a healing annointing in this music. Pain that turns in to beauty by recognition and caring. I cry. I had been in chains of a marriage of abuse and still trying to break the emotional soul wounds. Woman know thy worth.

Such a great song.. so glad to find this with Oleta live and not lip syncing. The repeating zooming in was kinda silly hehe. I saw Tears for Fears when I was a teenager in Boston. They oddly played a double show with Michael W Smith and Tears for Fears were on a different level.. they were so great and I’m so Glad to hear I got to see them!
