One things he failed to mention is that Toowoomba has the best weather in the whole world and its air is so fresh that if u live there for a couple of days and go back to Brisbane u can feel the smoke entering ur body ...very healthy clean city ..it's also called small Melbourne because of its eateries, functions and street art
Very insightful and useful information. Definitely a lot of time and effort is invested to prep-up this material. Thanks a lot for sharing it. There are bits were message is carefully crafted to make it sound that investors can’t buy effectively without a buyers agent even if they nail down a right suburb to hit in right time. Not that it is wrong but there definitely is vested interest but overall content and insights are factual and to the point. Personally, I wouldn’t mind dealing with some so insightful as buyer agent.
Hello Shoaib, thank you for your input and feedback. These are actually just my property investing beliefs. Increasing future predictive data analysis modelling accuracy obtains better results. It's not that you cant without, it's about the margins of profitability in what can be benefited from advanced micro level analysis. Love your work! Hope you keep tuning in!
Hello Sugnaya, ok can do, we have finished and edited our Melbourne deep dive which will air Friday, I will do Bundaberg or Cairns for you next, stay tuned!
Excellent spot - I brought 14 properties there last year, for a median entry point of just over $359,250. Expect to pay $450k+ now for these same properties. So long term is good - but you have missed the entry point. You need to be ahead of the hockey stick growth, not part of it. Respectfully Jimmy - are you relying your buying decisions on mass released data dumps?
Sorry for the delay, Thanks for the recommendations. Now we have a poll each and every week over in the 'high performance property investment' group, member put there areas of interest in and 3 are chosen each and every week! Hop on over to: facebook.com/groups/highperformancepropertyinvestment , lots of extra great content and free data reports there too.
Hey! We have a new system. We run a poll every week in my facebook group. Love to you see you there: facebook.com/groups/highperformancepropertyinvestment
Hello Alex, any line I am referring to is housing. We have developed a new way of exporting the data into the graphs, I will check into this and make sure a legend is present on every slide. Thanks for pointing that out.

Very insightful and informative. Wondering if there is any benefit in entering into Toowoomba’s property market in 2024.

NSW Department of Education in Toowoomba ? are you sure that's not QLD Education ?
Oops...good pickup, unless NSW is trying to take over ;-) Thoughts on the video John? Any Feedback? Jacob
@@RipehouseAdvisory Good confirmation of my buy in Kearneys Spring in 2013, (House with 3/1/2). Pretty much 50% growth in that time, and 6.5% yield.
Where is your legend, how does a viewer know the difference between a red and blue line......?
