I really wish they would do a "Taste of Halloween" style food event during the day while scary farm is running...The park is always , no pun intended DEAD during the weekdays ;) While I actually love that , those Taste of events really knocked it out of the park...

Go on a Thursday and head to the new maze over by the mystery lodge first or wait till the very end either way there will be a line for that but only do that if you can get at the front of rope for the opening ceremony otherwise start in the back of the park and save the 4 mazes behind ghost rider for the end my route last year went Mesmer, dark ride, origins (origins was my longest wait of 15-30 minutes) then i breaked from mazes for the shows and then I hit the mazes behind ghost rider I was able to consistently hit everything every week I went closer to Halloween the more crowds there are if all else fails get the frightlane now there are 2 shows that are small one in forsaken lake happens 2 times a night and lasts like 5 minutes at around 9 something and 11:30 if you see a lot of crowd control castmember near the mausoleum set piece in forsaken lake that means they are in prep work for the show you can always ask them when the show happens it is small but pretty good I try and make it every night I go to scary farm the other not on the guide show is the wicker man burning wich happens at 12 midnight last year it was kinda underwhelming with the lack of the performers in the show last year but that could have been due to not having enough performers last year
