Scope and Content: This is the 1977 version of a musical film starring Woodsy Owl. It was designed to help elementary school-aged children recognize pollution problems and their solutions. The film features actor Angelo Rossitto as Woodsy Owl (although the voice actor is uncredited) and Canadian R&B singer Billy Newton-Davis as Mr. Music. It was written by Betty Conrad Hite and directed by Jack B. Hively.
