If someone does wrong or disrespect u can discipline them by telling not to speak like that or u can take safety measures to protect yourself but not worry or keep grudge or feel sad that why they are in that way .instead accept there behaviour and then decide what to do .
But dont blame urself or punish yourself or be anger or sad bcz of them bcz nobody has any right to hurt u .
Its only u who can hurt urself .always talk nicely to u .listen to urself.and bless urself

I m facing a major negative torcher n trauma that keeps hitting my thoughts n it has ruined my life and career.. from being an exceptionally good student to failing continuously in ca final exams ... Ma'am my brother keeps lying about me ... He is a two faced person.. I don't know why he does this to me ... He constantly keeps backbitching about me and that too every word he says are wrong.. Sab jhoot .. he can go to any extent for his personal benefits.. for money.. i being his very own blood sister , I don't understand why he does this to me irrespective of the fact that I have never done anything wrong... All I did was that I raised my voices for all his wrong sins because it was important for me to raise my voices with an intension that raising my voices would change him into a better person.. I have always prayed for his betterment in life. . but still I don't understand why he does this with me.. he used to hit me .. n he would go around backbitching the whole world that I have been doing really wrong with him but the fact is that he has been doing this .. he defames me a lot ... N people always believe on him without even giving me an opportunity of being heard. Ma'am thinking all these are just ruining my career and life .. from being an exceptionally good student to failing continuously in ca final exams.. ma'am please guide .. please it's a humble request.. if possible , please speak with me .. I have always stood for him whenever he needed me and in return I get him breaking my trust ,my very own blood brother.. I m very hurt..

When we aware of it then we easily handle that kind of situation without hurting ourselves, soo it's not yours brothers faults he is playing his role & u just concentrate in your that can make u feel better. We all have one person in our life who hurt us bt we cant do anything because he is alw our closer one. Soo we just need attention on that one to protect ourselves from hurt. No one can hurt us untill we dont want to hurt its all in our hand . Dont let anyone steal your happiness. Silence is the best reply to that kind of person.keep your energy focused on creating positivity in your life. Today is a day to release expectations dont expect anything from anyone it empowered us. Strong people don't put others down, they lift them up, I think your brother need love & acceptance. avoid his behavior he is in too much of pain soo he is doing all this, you just need attention on your thoughts & release negativity from your mind . concentrate on your study & adjust your attitude to alter your life .
