Too many content creators are getting allegations recently. At some point people are not gonna take these allegations seriously anymore which is a huge problem because it does real victims a massive disservice.
Exactly, people who make these kinds of allegations in general need to get some serious time because not only can you ruin someone’s life by falsely accusing them it’s also disrespectful and disgusting to *actual* victims who faced these allegations themselves.

It’s definitely on both parties but George isn’t a pedo or abuser. She should learn to advocate for herself. If you are uncomfortable say no! If she said no but he continued then it would be sexual assault but it’s not since she let it happen. She didn’t push him off. She shouldn’t have been there period especially not drinking. He should have asked consent and seen that she wasn’t interested from the fact she barely responded to his texts. I’m 17 and I know this. Both parties are in the wrong. Not everyone sneaks into bars and not everyone drinks even when peer pressured at 18, but I do agree it is a popular topic (Its still underage drinking none the less). Going to the Police or contacting the appropriate authorities Does result into something if you actually have "Proof" by legal standards (Pictures, Media Posts, Timelines, videos, DM's, Texts, etc.). If she can not prove it then this is a pointless allegation to hurt someone's reputation just because it was regretted. From what i gather only one was 18 and the rest were 21+. Cuddling at those ages I could see why it would be creepy but both are considered adults at those ages and can make their own decisions. Even if it is creepy, being creepy is not illegal.
The issue is if she went the police they might not be able to go further due to lack of evidence, there's also a lot of false information going around ie if someone is genuinely assaulted they can't go to the police and that it's too late due to the USA having time limits to report it in each state.
But if she did stuff she regrets she needs to realise if she didn't say no etc and actively included herself in all of this it's not SA which is another thing young girls seem to misunderstand due to me too and again incorrect information saying it is.
If she had sufficient evidence they could proceed with the charges, but again that's basing this off of the evidence that she does not have (Currently). If she has proof George can face "A prison sentence between 2 and 4 years." based off of California laws if its properly submitted, buuuuttt i agree it is not SA so it would be a dead case in the eyes of the law.
So obv something did happen. But it most certainly is not SA. She keeps saying how she is "Freshly 18", pretty weird way to tell a story. She wrote everything down because making up a good faultless story is hard. She even did her makeup before filming this video, maybe thats her way of dealing with stress 🤡🤡. Though it might seem to be an easy option to those who don’t experience this most victims feel that they won’t be taken seriously due to past experiences, friend’s experiences and just hearing about “false” accusations online, (yes they exist but sometimes people are telling the truth and just get pushed under the rug) it’s a very scary thing to come out about ESPECIALLY to take legal action.

If you were really assaulted then go to the police and have them search the scene for solid evidence like dna. Edit: Watched the full video and I have been hearing about this situation for the past few days and did a vague research on the topic. And found out that he “tickled” her. She also had a wristband on saying she was 21+ when she went to the party that she accused George of committing SA. Now Im not too fond of the SA range but I don’t think tickling someone’s tummy is SA when consented. Probably not at all. Let me hear everyone’s thoughts about this though.
