I always feel bad for the purple guy. I know he's a murderer, but he must have had motive. You don't just go around killing children for no reason. The running theory is that he had some sort of correlation with the crying child, and was angry when he was killed. Which means he kinda killed murderers (The bullies at the party.). I don't know.
if you go according to the book silver eyes.. he's a business man. (purple guy is a business man that handles the financial and let's say the "business" part of the restaurant apart from Henry,the animatronic creator and the one responsible for the creative side ) so my guess greed or he's a psycho

One question why are there five souls I know purpleguy killed 5 kids but when we saw purpleguy with his axe he killed Freddy fazbear,Chica the chicken,Bonnie the bunny,foxy the pirate fox. But not golden Freddy so why there 5 souls and not 4 cause golden Freddy did not die in this video so I have no idea why 5 souls when there are suppose to be 4 souls and not 5. Purple Guy killed 5 children but there were only 4 robot suits... the 5th child whose mother is Puppet wasn't seen until Purple Guy destroyed again the animatronics and released the children's souls.
