These commentators are absolutely incredible. Showed up ready to work, and did a fantastic job throughout. Somehow made this feel like a legitimate ball game. Stinky poopoo.
Honestly a classic Elbertson game, but nowhere near the championship of 1887. I remember like it was yesterday - the Cavemen vs. the Old Ladies. Top of the 4th, Old Ladies up by 1, and Elbertson makes a joke that he decided he didn't like - and throws himself out of the game! Absolutely legendary moment, he had to continue to officiate the game from outside the stadium. The only thing I'm somewhat confused about is how he managed to dodge a suspension, given the fact that he kept trying to sneak back in (of course, the clap of his absolute dumper of an ass gave him away).
