Thank you for this ! The self doubt and confusion was always the hardest part for me. This made everything so clear.

To uphold your sence of worth it must be attacht to something bigger then us that is out of time and space (Allah). Otherwise we will always struggle with ourself worth because we as humans are frigale. So is our confidence. To know we are worthy in the ‘eyes’ of Allah it to know we are loved uncondinally and by knowing that we can learn to love ourselves unconditionlly. Because we learn to look at ourselves not trough our own eyes or others but trough the Most Loving One Allah.
And this video is a tool to become more selfaware. The next step is knowing you need Him to truelly become were you want to be.
All the best and luck for everybody ❤

This is triggering me. Now I’m thinking about all the times I’ve been disrespected. I’m taking my power back!!!!!

Yes, I too stayed quiet or ran away after disrespectful comments and opinions, whether in jest or in seriousness. Then. Started standing up for myself and talking over people just like those who have talked over me. Now,, I stop myself, and think, they don't know any better, due to lack of training or guidance. Also, some are slow thinkers and slow responders. They were never taught to respect elders, those in authority or peers. It's sad. I feel sorry for them and now I just let them talk about their trivial nonsense. They can have the spotlight on cheap shots and childlike efforts. I just laugh to myself and keep going. It doesn't impress me. I like people who aren't embarrassed to admit they were wrong or made a mistake. It's called being normal.

The voice on this video sounds like it is AI generated, does not have Brene Brown's inflections - too smooth.

I agree. It says “altered or synthetic content” and there is a link.
