Today i’m testing out a new foundation from MAC.
Its the Mac studio radiance serum powered foundation in the shade NC25. This is supposed to give you a radiant finish with medium coverage.

Likely more oils in that 'serum' that is added for the radiance which interact with the iron oxides used as pigments for the various shades in the range, and speeds up the oxidation process.
I can make NC 25 work for me but my true shade is C 40 and the chart on the MAC website say to buy NC 20 of this foundation if you are NC 20 or C 40. I was planning to buy NC 25 but it will be too dark for me too. Thank God I saw this video. Guess I will have to go to the store and test it out.

This serum foundation has a different shade range as compared to the studio fix. Please go to the store for your correct shade match

I love it.
The biggest Misconception People have about MAC including myself (I use to) is that because we know our Shade Number in one of their foundations, we can go for the same one in next. Wrong! Never go for the Number but always the Kind of Color it is that you have, and is perfect for your skin. Look for the same " Golden Undertone/ Neutral etc" in any new formula you Purchase. I am in Love with the New Studio Fix, I did not see it oxidize that much but then again, I have a Fair Skin so I always get a nice Glowy skin by the end of the day.
