They definitely deserve all the hate they get, I love physical media it’s my go to but even I don’t bother now with limited run even if it’s a game I want to play. last game I preordered was Kung fury which was a year ago. I noticed that I started seeing a couple of copies on eBay so it made me go and check my order turns out it was ready so I let it be and waited for a dispatch email never happened, a month went by since their site said it was ready so I messaged them to let them know well I wait another 3 weeks for them to reply and they said sorry their was a mistake and they missed me never had any updates from them I had to chase them up on my preorder or otherwise it wouldn’t have been sent. I’ve had countless problems with them in the past regarding their communication luckily a lot of the stuff they announce now gets a standard pal release making it easier to avoid them.
