1: Comparison: In the Srebrenica-Bosnian genocide, less than 10,000 were killed, whereas 30,000 have been killed in Gaza so far. In the Srebrenica-Bosnian genocide, by far most of those killed were men, unlike in Gaza, where 70% of those killed are children, women, and the elderly. In the Srebrenica-Bosnian genocide, just half as many people died as did in Gaza in terms of the percentage of the total population so far. In the Srebrenica-Bosnian genocide, Serbs claimed to have perpetrated it to disarm Bosnian military men. Sound familiar? In the international definition of genocide, it doesn’t matter if those who committed the genocide were provoked first. More Palestinian children were killed in one week than Ukrainian children in one year. 2: Death Toll: The Gaza Health Ministry is not controlled by Hamas. Their figures from previous conflicts have lined up with figures from foreign, even western, counts. The Gaza Health Ministry doesn’t have simple estimates, but it in fact calculates the death toll by counting each body at hospitals. That doesn’t even count people not found yet. It is an extremely high standard for the death figures, one that certainly results in a figure that is much lower than the real figure. The cause of the lower figures is that during violent attacks like this: There are always countless dead who never make it to a hospital or a morgue, and who aren’t found until much later. There are some who don’t even have any family members left to report them missing. The US Assistant Secretary of State for Middle East Affairs says that the death toll is “very possibly” much higher than being cited. [Source: US official says Gaza death toll is believed to possibly be higher than claimed, Times of Israel.] Did you know that the international definition of genocide doesn’t require hundreds of thousands to die? Only one of the 5 genocidal acts listed in the UN genocidal acts list of the UN Genocide Convention in Article II is related directly to killing (stipulation (a)), and meeting any of the 5 stipulations constitutes genocide. 3: Genocidal Acts: 3.1: Act 1, Population Transfer: In a leaked document from Israel, which had its authenticity confirmed by Israeli authorities, it proposes the forced removal of the Palestinian population in Gaza by evacuating all the civilians of Gaza into Sinai via evacuation orders, the setting up of tent cities for the 2.4 million expelled Palestinians, and explicitly states that the Palestinian population would never be allowed to return. [source: Israel Intelligence Ministry Policy Paper on Gaza’s Civilian Population, October 2023] The recent acts of transfer committed by Israel heavily indicate that, in practice, they have been trying to implement these plans. Forcible transfer is already a war crime on its own, and while it is not on its own a genocidal act, it can be part of a wider genocidal scheme. Even when Israel warns civilians, Hamas combatants would also be able to leave the building, as they would be informed as well. In these instances, the only motive behind the bombing of residential buildings is logically just for the sake of destroying them. This alone is a war crime, not to speak of how it would be viewed in the context of a wider genocidal scheme. Israel, early on in its assault, told 1.1 million Gazans to evacuate from the north to the south. These are the same types of threats that were given during the Srebrenica-Bosnian genocide. Mrs. Camila Omanovic, a witness in the trial of General Krstié, recalled Mladic's words clearly: "He said, ‘You can go anywhere you want, or you can stay here or just vanish.’” These are not humanitarian evacuations, they are threats designed to force residents to leave. This is a clear case of forced population transfer. They bombed all the houses in the north en masse, ensuring that all those who evacuated had nothing to return to. By November 23rd, around 1.7 million Palestinians, or 70% of the population of Gaza, were displaced. The numbers are now certainly higher. These people are getting expelled, then getting expelled from where they were expelled multiple times. Many others were forcibly expelled, only to be bombed on the way to the supposed safe zone. This happened because Israel blocked the southern routes and 'safe zones’ after telling the 1.1 million Palestinians to move south. [Source: Israel told Palestinians to evacuate to southern Gaza and stepped up attacks there, NPR.] They are being increasingly forced into a corner of the strip on the border with Egypt to eventually be expelled, in line with the plan from the earlier mentioned leaked document. This transfer of populations is also what happened in Srebrenica: “The Trial Chamber provided sufficient reasoning for its conclusion that the suffering of the women, children, and elderly forcibly removed from Srebrenica amounted to serious mental harm under Article 4 of the Statute." 3.2: Act 2, The Blockade: Israel has been surrounding and blockading Gaza, controlling everyone and everything that gets in and out. This has been since before any attacks started. Since 7/10, it has cut off all electricity and water supplies in Gaza while also prohibiting most imports of food, leaving people starving without clean drinking water. It has sentenced all those who need electricity to survive, like those who are critically ill or injured hospital patients, to death. This is exactly in line with the statements of the ‘Defense’ Minister of Israel, who said: "I have ordered a complete siege on the Gaza Strip. There will be no electricity, no food, no fuel, everything is closed," He added: "We are fighting human animals, and we are acting accordingly." Even before the recent measures taken after 7/10, 80% of Gazans relied on international aid. Before 7/10, 500 aid trucks would enter Gaza every day, but after the Israeli assault, that number remained at 12 for an entire month, considered starvation levels. This meant that 80% of Gaza’s population was receiving only 2.5% of the aid they needed. This comes with the fact that they already lived with food insecurity even before. [source: Humanitarian System for More than 2 Million Civilians in Gaza Facing Total Collapse, United Nations.] Since then, that number has increased to only 100 a day, which is still only 20% of what they need. The reason aid decreased was a combination of: Israeli attacks on the Rafah border crossing with Egypt. Israel refusing to allow the aid through. It’s a common misconception that Egypt, not Israel, has been preventing the import of this aid to Gaza. Israel has, since 2007, had an agreement with Egypt that gives Israel control over who and what is allowed in and out of Gaza through the Egyptian border. It is Israel who decided how much aid is allowed to come in. Even if Israel increased aid, that wouldn’t mean that there can’t be a genocide. In the Rwandan genocide, the Chamber at one point considered the fact that, in some cases, some of the perpetrators had provided assistance, such as food and shelter, to the refugees of the genocided group. [source: Case Law of the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda, Human Rights Watch.] Those who rendered this aid were still found guilty of genocide. Israel clearly knows or should know the harm it’s causing. In line with the precedent set at the trial for the Srebrenica genocide: “The offender is culpable because he knew or should have known that the act committed would destroy, in whole or in part, a group.” Only 10% of Gazans have access to clean drinking water. On December 9, 2023, the Deputy Director of the UN World Food Programme said that 50% of Gazans were starving. That’s a percentage from months ago. He also said that 9/10 Gazans were not eating even 1 meal a day. Save the Children stated that deaths by starvation and disease may top deaths by Israeli bombs. That was also months ago… They also accused the Israeli state of using starvation as a method of warfare. Israel continues to starve more and more of Gaza’s population, continues to deprive them of more and more water and supplies, continues to deprive them of clean water and electricity, and continues to cram more and more Palestinians into smaller and smaller regions. The only possible inferrable claim here is that these are intentional genocidal acts. From all the things we have spoken of as a whole so far, this all constitutes stipulations (b) and (c) of the UN Genocide Convention’s list of the 5 acts of genocide in Article II: “(b) Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group.” “(c) Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part.” Remember, in the UN Genocide Convention, meeting just any one of the 5 listed genocidal acts is enough to constitute genocide. There is so much more to say.
@@BatTzion-vh9dh If you read even the first few sentences, you would see that the genocide perpetrator being provoked first doesn’t matter according to the UN Genocide Convention. I think of the Palestinians killed by the occupation. I think of the injured who do not receive any treatment. I think of those who are under the rubble. I think of the children who lost their hands and legs due to the bombing. I think of the children whose parents were killed. I think of the parents who watch their children die due to starvation imposed by the occupation. I think about the suffering of pregnant women... I think about the thousands of people detained in occupation prisons... The suffering of the Palestinians has continued since their land was occupied in 1948
Remember the story of the Masada, how the Jewish men killed their wives and children rather than have them live under the tyranny of Rome? We celebrate that violent Jewish resistance; but did those women and children have a choice? Did they deserve to die because their men wouldn’t submit to occupation and tyranny?
I have never heard of a single Palestinian woman around the world speaking out for the hostages. But I saw Palestinian women who celebrated in October and distributed sweets.

Only one of the 5 genocidal acts listed in the UN genocidal acts list of the UN Genocide Convention in Article II is related directly to killing (stipulation (a)), and meeting any of the 5 stipulations constitutes genocide.
3: Genocidal Acts:
3.1: Act 1, Population Transfer:

The recent acts of transfer committed by Israel heavily indicate that, in practice, they have been trying to implement these plans.

They are being increasingly forced into a corner of the strip on the border with Egypt to eventually be expelled, in line with the plan from the earlier mentioned leaked document.
This transfer of populations is also what happened in Srebrenica:
“The Trial Chamber provided sufficient reasoning for its conclusion that the suffering of the women, children, and elderly forcibly removed from Srebrenica amounted to serious mental harm under Article 4 of the Statute."
3.2: Act 2, The Blockade:
Israel has been surrounding and blockading Gaza, controlling everyone and everything that gets in and out. This has been since before any attacks started.
Since 7/10, it has cut off all electricity and water supplies in Gaza while also prohibiting most imports of food, leaving people starving without clean drinking water.

Shame on human rights organisation and west free Palestine
Is-rael has gained huge respect within the Um-mah for their solid self defense operation in Gaza.

Fun fact: Kim Jong Un uses Israel 🇮🇱 flag toilet paper 🧻
Respect to Kim
Meanwhile South Korea 🇰🇷 still supporting Israel 🇮🇱
There are people whose only joy in life is spreading fake nonsense on the internet.
We use the Palestinian flag as toilet paper. 😂😂😂
When Kim Jong Un is your friend, maybe it's time to rethink.
Was there a Palestinian women’s day before all this?🤔
I think of the Palestinians killed by the occupation. The suffering of the Palestinians has continued since their land was occupied in 1948
Release the hostages and stop complaining. They brought it on themselves
Yeh, how dare they complain and fight back against a parasitic occupier. They are so ungrateful 🤪
@@antivaccineproimmunity1043 you can't start a war and then when you lose claim to be the victim. It doesn't work like that.
Remember the story of the Masada, how the Jewish men killed their wives and children rather than have them live under the tyranny of Rome? We celebrate that violent Jewish resistance; but did those women and children have a choice? Did they deserve to die because their men wouldn’t submit to occupation and tyranny?
No women's day for Israeli 🇮🇱 women hostages 😢😢😢
Yup, because the Israelis are more concerned about occupation
Thezionists(are) more concerned about land
Lindutwa alert
Right. That's why they left Gaza 19 years ago. Logical. @@hamzamohiuddin973
All hamas's fault
If only they could control their menfolk
No Women's Day for the 19 women still held hostage and being abused by Hams in Gaza, either.
I have never heard of a single Palestinian woman around the world speaking out for the hostages.
But I saw Palestinian women who celebrated in October and distributed sweets.

In a narration, Anas (radiyallāhu ‘anhu) stated, “Allah’s Messenger (salallāhu ‘alaihi wasallam) had a black slave who would join him in some of his journeys and his name was Anjashah (radiyallāhu ‘anhu). He drove forth the mounts with the songs of the camel drivers, so Allah’s Messenger said to him, ‘O Anjashah! **Be gentle when you are driving (the camels) that carry the fragile vessels.'” (Muslim 2323) In a narration in Sahīh Al-Bukhārī (no. 6211), he (salallāhu ‘alaihi wasallam) said, “Drive them slowly (take care), O Anjashah!
