The Santa Blanca drug cartel has transformed the beautiful South American country of Bolivia into a perilous narco-state, leading to lawlessness, fear, and rampant violence. Just finally started playing this and Breakpoint, and yep, was surprised at how good the trailers looked back then and how it was what we got in the final product. I see a lot of people from this time period complaining about how bad the visuals sucked in this game, and I trully am baffled by this. Game is still gorgeous today, nevermind 2017. Maybe base XBox One and PS4 didn’t look as good, but Series X gets pretty close, especially when raining. And on PC it’s basically as advertised. I like Breakpoint in it’s current state as well, but I hope we get a Wildlands 2 someday or something like it.
Don’t blame Ubisoft lol. Blame the studios. Every studio is in charge of different games. For example, almost every assassin’s creed game is made by different studios (Quebec, Montreal, Sofia, Toronto, etc) and every assassin’s creed game has different things in it. Take a look at Assassin’s Creed Unity and Syndicate. They both have a lot of the same mechanics but they feel different from each other.
This comment section seems to be really young. Ghost Recon has been around a lot longer than COD Ghost.

Actually one of Ubisoft's best games if not the best. Needed more polish, better ground vehicle controls, and maybe some other tuning, but it's easily one of the best co-op experiences ever made. Didn't need Narco Road, would've rather had DLC playing as Bowman instead. Fallen Ghosts was good though and the peak epilogue we needed for the game. Too bad we never got Wildlands 2, it seemed a natural next step.

This involved no grinding what so ever, only takes 6 bullets to kill somebody as compared to the division where it takes 80, you can switch between third person and 1st person, open world with a map 6 times the size, way better character driven story, wilderness, way more tactical and incorporates stealth, and use of ordinance like vehicles, wide range of gadgets, and clearly as displayed... Parachutes. How is this like the division?

FilthyFrank Different studio, different game. That is what happens when you have under powered consoles come out. Studios have an ambitious goal making games. Sometimes you have to cut corners, reel in the idea of having what can work on the available systems. Same thing happened with the Witcher 3 for the graphics downgrade, still turned out to be a fantastic game. I don't see the graphics being downgraded at this point. Seems Wildlands will be launching within the next 6 months due to all the different editions and pre-orders shown. Just my opinion though.

+Itz Atarii R6 siege is the only mildly enjoyable Tom Clancy game, this year. The division felt so repetitive and it really didn't require that much strategy to fight tough enemies. Keep pumping bullets into those soldiers and deploy that health regenerator from time to time, that's pretty much it. Not that the enemy A.I in R6 is anything to write home about, though.
Wouldn't be surprised if Ghost Recon gets the same reception as all the other ubisoft games.
Yeah, but the story ended so abruptly and I've completed every side/ story mission. I've taken care of any form of criminal activity in every district of Manhattan, so it basically means that I've completed my task as a division agent. Yeah, I know that the dark zone is still a dangerous place and that the main antagonist presumably operates from within the dark zone, but I wouldn't expect a 'Final' final bossfight dlc from Ubisoft for at least a year.
So what am I supposed to do in the meantime? Collecting a wide variety of beanies/jackets and luxurious weapons/armor in the dark zone? Even my friends (who btw convinced me to purchase the division, because I didn't had that much faith in the division to begin with) stopped playing after they beated the final boss, because there was nothing else to do for them. I do admit that venturing out in the dark zone can be fun at times. (Even though it would've been more fun if you actually had missions inside the dark zone)
Having random encounters with other players who either decide to help you fight against enemies in the dark and desolate metro's of Manhattan or decide to murder you, is always a interesting 'double edged sword' scenario.
This is how you make a shooter that isn't the same garbage year after year. Not only is Battlefield 1 putting CoD to shame but so is Tom Clanc #R.I.P. CoD
This is the only Ubisoft game I have really hopes on, looks like a fun and interesting co-op game you can have fun with friends, like a Far Cry with 4 players

Anyway, same company, should be able to figure out how to bring these larger units that you can not only order around, but cycle through to play if need be. So tired of only being Mitchell. He gets killed and all the ghosts start freaking out like they can't continue on, and then you are told that the mission has failed.

At least the squad A.I. was reliable in Future Soldier campaign-wise. I couldn't say the same for the earlier Ghost Recon games (played Ghost Recon 2 and GRAW 2).

Judging solely by the trailers, this game could possibly be a mix of the division, the previous tom clancy's, and maybe just cause 3 because of the freedom unlike the division where you're limited to the industries. Looking back and comparing some highly regarded games from earlier this year, this I feel, will be a more 'manifest destiny' feel to the whole expansion of the game. This year's going to end off good. I feel it!
