DISGUSTING! How could the justice system allow this to happen? He was allowed to spend the day out of jail because of Christmas? did they really think he would go back to his cell? lol

I think this guy is probably homeless living on the streets somewhere and that's how he stays under the radar.
Absolute disgrace they let him out for Christmas shopping alone and they failed to put a warrant out for his arrest.

  • @briandenton145

He didn't escape. They "pert near" let him go. And ever since, they've only occasionally investigated his whereabouts, always missing him by a matter of time. They kept putting the case file down and walking away giving Eubanks every chance to remain steps ahead of them. What justice will there be if he's eventually caught at around the age of 70 and spends the last few years of his life in prison? That's NOT justice. Did the original prison guard have a consequence? The warden? I mean, think of how much time, money, and effort it's taken chasing this guy around the country. That prison warden should have been at least reprimanded and at most charged. And, the cousin's widow in LA, Kay Banks, if she wanted to get rid of him, she didn't have to make up that investigators called asking about him. All she had to do was actually call the FBI.

Out of all things, why in the hell would a violent prisoner be released to go Christmas shopping for good behavior,? They are nonviolent offenders that aren't even released to attend funerals of their parents or children but this enough was released to go Christmas shopping. With what money, buying gifts for who? Who is expecting a gift from a prison? This is just ridiculous. Whoever authorized this Ludacris decision should have been fired immediately.

This case was very weird that they let a black man go free…. That was highly unheard plus they even put innocent black men in prison. I believe FBI or secret agent was helping him escape something in exchange for him to take the blame for the killing. It’s not unheard of because they usually take care of your family for you and make sure you are hidden. Someone from the inside help him remain hidden from the outside.

    • @Beautybizz28

That is an absurd level of incompetence. if you wrote that into a novel I'd tell you "you wrote a dumb novel. no real person is that incompetent, let alone a host of corrections officers, a judge, and teams of federal and state police." The likelihood that there is another victim of his out there is almost a certainty.
