Picube Moyu Weilong Skewb Review I 1.56 AO5

Thanks to ‪@picubeshop‬ sending me this cube.
The cube has a pretty good setup out of the box and doesn't need much changing. Its biggest downside is its size - it's a bit too small, which is why I get locks quite often. I think that's why I +2ed solves more often than on Gan. The accessories that Picube built into it make this cube even better. I think that, it doesn't lack that much for Gan Skewb, but there are aspects that prevent it from fighting Gan (e.g. size, locks). I think that straight out of the box it has a nicer feeling than Gan. On the last 85 solves (81 averages), I did 19/81 averages sub 2. I had solved it a bit worse before, but I think it was a matter of getting used to it. A large part of the averages also had counts with very poor times. It's harder to save a solve after a lock on this cube than on Gan. Finally I have to say that if there are no lock ups on this cube, the solves are often very good (like on Gan or better). My final thought: this skewb is more stable than my main. If the size changed in the future (then the locks would maybe give way a bit) I would seriously consider taking it as my main. We will see!!!
