He is so much underrated man, people thinks phir Mohabbat was sung by arjit but the truth is irfan was the main vocalist. Arjit sing only one line in which was also good no offense. But he should be credited more.

The Judges in those days analyzed the voice modulation of singers so meticulously. No fake praise, no melodrama of Main Gareeb Hun, Main Apni Maa ko Miss Karaha Hu and all that bullshit. They gave fair criticism and good suggestions to Irfan to learn classical for his own sake.
