@@pxgamex it is. I just read that he actually can see, but because he believes his technique is weaker relying on eyesight, he willingly keeps his eyes closed to heighten his senses and reflexes. He's willingly blind to better sense his opponent which is pretty badass to say.
Gato, Hotaru’s brother, has returned in this brand new Fatal Fury game. However, he’s blind now, not “blinded for vengeance” (or maybe he still is, I dunno), I mean “literally blind”, so he can’t see at all. But, he can still fight. That’s pretty neat.

I played kim dong hwan because the primary color of his clothes was black. I grew to like him, but damn was he hard to play. But now, gato is wearing black, gold and green mainly, 3 pf my favorite colors. So it looks like I'm going to play him now.

Cool. As "i really need to play this game", "i want to see this char", "these moves are sick!". That cool. If I could say just a bit about the game overall... it would be cool if the skin of chars had some subtle texture, they look too "3d model" in this game where everything else (even the clothes) are matching so well in the "print comics" style.
I really like the gato and the style of the character, an anti-hero with ancient legendary techniques to earn a living as an elite mercenary and screw over the protagonists like the Terrys and the villains like Kevin. The gato ending in the first Mark of Garou is good, I just didn't like him being blinded by his father who seems to be a powerful anti-hero villain using other villains together with some other organization or brotherhood. I hope that the fight between cat and his father isn't so sad, but I think that Hotaru Fubata will interfere, which can help or worsen the situation. I hope that gato wins and always continues in this style. His now black outfit may be to show that he is going down a darker path than usual, and that yellow energy appearing on his shoulders and body now looks like the Chi Hadou energy from the Street Fighter series that Ryu used to sense the presence of opponents and not kill, in the case of Bison, and that Ken aims to use to kill in extreme cases of survival. 回復途上の視覚をあえてシャットアウトし戦うことに集中するというのも凄みを感じる
