couldn't agree more! when at a concert enjoy it there is no way your going to forget it. and especially for something like the today show where they are all ready recording it live...it's going to a much better quality video than whatever you get n you phone:)

Stg the best thing I've ever heard Selena sing was one line "and cue the applause" in a broadway style on Wizards. Makes me wonder what she'd be like in a different genre/using a more comfortable part of her voice.
But she likes it so that's what she records, so I guess if it makes her happy that's good.

It's because she has a disease called lupus and people who are diagnosed with this are more or less constantly in pain. I think it's hard for her to sing high notes because it hurts her but I'm not a doctor it's just my guess.
Mya Ghataurhae That's definitely part of it for sure, but even like six years ago she wasn't very strong as a vocalist.
She's improved so much though over the years and that's awesome, especially now that she's dealing with health issues and still singing!
+irina almendra to me it sounds like she isn't singing as much from her diaphragm, which is why her voice is more soft, raspy and breathy. Then artist like Ariana have really strong powerful voices. She placing the notes differently which is why they sound very different. Doesn't mean shes not talented, she just has a different sound.

I don't think Selena is a bad singer I just think she gets out of breath really easily and gets super nervous, both makes it hard to sing, I know from personal experience.

lupus is a disease that messes with your joints, its not a joke. she sometimes be tired
and cant do much. my aunt has lupus and she hurts all the time, theres no cure for it. selena is trying to be a singer AND has lupus! i can see why she went away for some months. i love you selena, stay strong

i don't care For a period of time on her revival tour, I believe she had a vocal coach. That’s why her singing improved. After a while, she stopped working with her vocal coach, and that negatively impacted her vocals again.

+Tamaya benny Yeah, I agree. I went to a concert back in August and I took very little video and pictures, and just enjoyed the night with my niece. The pictures and video were more for remembering that time with my niece who I don't see often so we can look back on them. Even if my phone hadn't of died I would have done the same either way. I go to concerts to enjoy them.

I love Selena so much, she actually has a really nice, soft, voice for accapella type of songs. check out her Instagram singing videos, those are amazing. in those videos, she's not dancing or moving, just singing. you guys should also check out her performance on radio Disney singing "who says" and her performance at Walmart sound check singing "love you like a love song". in those performances, her voice is very beautiful. I just wish she made accapella type of pop music. or more songs that fit her voice more.
