- Hello and welcome back to Transport Fever 2!
Today it's time to visit East Yorkshire where we're continuing on our mission to upgrade and improve our passenger services. Unfortunately we'll be saying goodbye to our last loco hauled passenger services (not including heritage railways and express services), replacing them with more modern multiple units.
We're continuing to mess around with the timetable mod and hopefully come up with a solution to all our bunching up! Let's see what happens.

Hello Joe, the Class 142 livery at 5:00 is BR Western Region Chocolate and Cream for their ill-fated operation on the branch lines in Devon and Cornwall when new. They were known as 'Skippers' to the locals.
Ahhh yes but they made too much noise going round the corners didn’t they, hence why they were replaced with 150s 😄
@@JoeDobsongaming same can’t be said for northern on the glossop line I may not be a viewer from Manchester but the pacers make so much noise at ardwick station (WCML)
The unbunch function needs to have the frequency of the line put in. That way the trains will be evenly spaced out.
For example, at 1:16 it says “frequency: 8 : 58” so you have to put an 8 in the first box and 58 in the second. I usually do it at the terminus stations and it works for me
Also: time is measured in real time (1second irl is 1 second in game at 1x speed), and the first box is minutes and the second one seconds.
Ahhh right that makes loads of sense actually, so I’ll have to get that sorted won’t I because otherwise the 158 units will catch the 142 units haha
Finally we are upgrading, need to look at signing blocks now using smaller trains some blocks are a bit long, also time to upgrade some of the bus routes and re look goods :)
Ooh yeah but they're going faster so need longer blocks so they can brake! :D Are the bus routes needing upgrading again!? We've only just done it haha :D
Skipper livery was intended for Cornwall (hence the mock GWR chocolate & cream) but the passengers did not like the flange squeal (ooh err missus) so they got sent to Tyneside to replace the (then) unreliable 143's. So while not quite a "Tyneside" livery, we did have them here. The best Pacer livery IMO was the TWPTE metro style livery some 142's got back in the begining.
This came out of nowhere lol! Bit late for this video because I was at school lol, but still get to watch my favourite yt series so I don't mind
Also please use a dvt for the class 90s, it doesn't look so great when they turn around like that, also, dvts are awesome 👍
Aw never mind Joshua you’re here now and that’s all that matters! I couldn’t find the DVT in the selection menu, I’ll have to have a look back through won’t I haha 😁

I reckon you might have to four track certain sections and look at the signalling more

You could stagger the platforms as well! Can‘t believe you haven‘t built a station with staggered platforms yet!

be carfeul with different classes, 158s are quicker than 156 and paces and the acceleration is better so they will catch up

How about using the waterways and sending a Hovercraft from Hull to near to York and have a shuttle service from the Hoverport to York using a Tyne & Wear Metro for poops and giggles?

Missed a trick with the new hull platform, should have been built only half length to give that proper added on terminating platform 0 type of feel!
Can you rename platforms? Calling it platform 0 would be great!
