    I have the one at 0:25, and I highly erccomend it. Its far cheaper compared to the pana vise, and the little grippers are metal.

    That blue spinning vise is pretty good if you have a large board, as long as you've got a decent margin on the edge for the clamp to fit in. Most of my stuff is too small or has smd passives too close to the edge. Think I still probably need to save my pennies for a Stick Vise, not even my almost-stick-vise cell phone board repair vise (the next one collin shows) works as smoothly as those things look.

    Don't the parts all fall out with these vices? Big Clive has one that keeps the components steady in the board, but they don't make those anymore. Why not?

      They actually do, lady Ada had one on eye on npi a few weeks back. They're like $250ish. I think perhaps just Clive's specific model is discontinued.
