I got one today and it was perfect 😅 ordered Friday arrived three days later (I live in London) Packed really well too. I want a black one now & a black medium tote. Then I can keep my neverfulls free of kids stuff 😅
So I use to be an inspector for a very high end furniture company. Those imperfections are damage if its real leather and sure you can buy a lather kit and patch it but for what you pay the bag should meet the standard. Those marks are needle holes and the sewer should have just scraped the part and asked for a new one. I would send it back! Get your moneys worth!

I got mine this afternoon in the same colour and it is perfect. They must have improved the quality of the bag. You are right! If you pay not matter the amount, it should be as advertised. I hope you got a refund.

Hi. i ordered my bag after watching your video. Can i ask how long you waited for them to ship your bag? Ive been waiting almost over 3 weeks (plain bag) and all they said was they are waiting on their suppliers/bags are stuck in customs.

i bought mine and it was perfect less one thing .. dust bag was dirty, i have to mencionate the smell is not cool … but the bag is so cute , i used my bandolere LV in the handle and its soo perfect . for me the bad thing is the smell
Hey! My sister just got me this bag for my birthday, but it’s baby blue. It’s very cute, but very small. 😂 I have to squeeze my phone in there. The thing is the front of the bag it came had a big black mark on it, that I got out with soap and water, but the bag itself has a tiny little dots on the bottom left of the purse. Does anybody know anything I can use to get it out with??
The fabric strap for me is a whole other color of blue that doesn’t really match. Very strange. I love the color, but I wouldn’t have picked it for myself because it isn’t very functional. I wish I could get this spot out. If anybody has any tips, please let me know!!

It's funny how close you look at the tiniest "defects" even though you paid only $88 for genuine leather. I guess that's why you don't pay $3'000+, right?

When you pay for anything like this you should get it in perfect condition. It’s not right.
If you like to be disrespected by getting inferior quality for your money’s worth that’s your thing 😊 but some people like to actually get good quality for what they’re paying, especially when it’s a popular brand.

Thanks for making this review. Bags with initials can't be returned. Looks like they took a return and put your initials on it so that you couldn't return it. So manipulative!

Look indies. It seems it Been Bent inside the kid. You aren’t the first to complain on these bags. They are made in china. Its only the monogram on the bags that makes in GB. You should return this bag. What i know there shouldnt be a problem with that. Because you have looked at all these false the risk is that you not use it. Return it
