I like WnG with CurlMix Flaxseed gel as it's lightweight but really define your coils. Especially for 4c where my hair usually looks like cotton. It really brings my teeny tiny coils out. I use to think my curls didnt clump until Curlmix Flaxseed gel. And it last for 1week with no frizz 🤯🙆🏾♀️

As naturals it’s important to go get our hair done. It’s worth the coin if you can afford it. We spent hundreds on straight hair styles but don’t often see the value in a natural hair professional. Thanks for doing this video to show the benefits of paying for wash and go services.

@@boogieoogie1727 Yes. It's hard to find someone trustworthy. Not everyone knows how to do 4c hair properly.
You guys should check out iamblackgirlcurls here on UA-cam and insta. They are 2 professional hairstylists who specialize on wash'n go (that's petty much all they do). On their website they also have a directory of hairstylists who offer the same service. Hope that helps :)

One of the main reasons why I like doing my own hair rather than going to a salon is the fact that a lot of stylist I have been exposed to usually have very little patience for thick hair or overbooks. I really admire how patient she was with your hair. It looks so amazing!

I love how the stylist is just chillin, moving slow, taking her time. Diligent. A lot of stylists have these fast ass hand movements. Like slow down!

I only do wash and go’s. I used to be the twist out queen but my hair sees less breakage with wash and go’s.
Me too! Until I started doing wash and go’s regularly, I really thought my nape hair just didn’t grow lol
@@rml3089 the twisting was too much manipulation on my strands, and it was making a thin spot I had almost go bald.

The last few years I've only worn my hair in a wash and go, and I have type 4 hair. This style is the most convenient for me...and type 4 wash and gos are Beautiful🖤❤️
How much has you hair grown on average in a year with this method? With sew ins every three months I’ve averaged about 4.5 inches with trims per year. Can I get similar with just wash in gos or low maintenance protective styles without extensions? 4c and regular conditioning and vegetarian diet and natural products used.
The WNG has been my staple for a while now but the Black Girl Curls method changed my entire WNG game this year. I now have a regular stylist for the first time in YEARS and she’s not cheap BUT she’s worth every penny.
It is NOTHING like a professional hair wash makes you want to stomp your feet😂😩

I love doing wash n goes. It's my go to style. It also helped me learn how to style my hair better. And unlike others experience, wash n goes prevent me from getting a bunch of tangles

I brought it and and use it on a small section with tropical mornings then that gel it the most define and stretch was and go I ever had 🎉

Big ups to you and your stylist for putting us on to this gel. I ordered the gel on Amazon and tried it today and girlll *does praise dance*. I didn't pair it with the Curls gel but the definition and no flakes has me sold on a wash and go. Protip: I applied on damp hair and spritz my hair a tad bit. Don't shy away from adding on more gel. Yay!!! I’ve been waiting for your visit to Natasha, lol! When I went to Natasha in August, I got a wash n go. I was skeptical, but sis rocked it! It lasted me 2 weeks and I went to the gym with it. That hair didn’t go an-ty-where! I had a really easy wash day after it, too! I’m headed her way this weekend to get a silk press and trim and I’m too hyped! Thank you for helping me find Natasha!

Oh my gosh your hair came out sooo pretty! The patience and gentle way she handled your hair was everything! I don’t ever do wash n go’s. I’ve attempted maybe 3 in my time as a natural-6.5 yrs. Twist outs are my main squeeze.
Coming through on day 1 with a Wash n go. I completely agree, we are too hard on our texture and shrinkage. I did WnG all of last summer and I really had to check myself, so I could simply just enjoy the experience without the negative language. Looks super good👏🏾👏🏾💙

I do nothing but wash & go’s. But I did my original big chop at a curly stylist, so I got the “training” I needed right at the beginning. And have never looked back!

This is relaxing to watch. Looks like the raking method. I love raking when there's a lot of slip and shingling when the gel is not slippery. You have gorgeous hair btw!!!!
Yaaaas that is all I do is wash n go’s. Your hair turned out so beautiful, that is the raking method she just really worked the product in.

I'm 12 hours away. Got me wanting to spend money on an hour plane ride cause the beauticians where I live are always trying to cut my 4c hair and convince me to just get a "puff" 🙄

Thats how I always do my wash n gos. Takes about 15 to 20 mins to add the product. I either let it air dry or blowdry. The air dryer you sat at is better because it keeps your hair in a more stretched state.

This video came across my timeline and i'm so glad i watched it, the end result was beautiful and i love how she did not use a comb just hands and blow dryers amazing, im old school she has what we called blessed hands.
I only do wash and gos too. The results are less unpredictable and is the quickest for my schedule.
I modify it by loosely twisting in small sections till it dries. And then I stretch after day 1

I do wash n go's 90% of the time and twist outs 10%. I use CR 🌹curl maker and it lasts me a week. It's soft and moisturized.
That’s how I do my wash and gos, but I use a shampoo brush to smooth the hair first. I love to see how others do it.
I'm a wng girl too and have found that tmc tropical moringa glaze and the wetline gel works great together. Will have to try this combo. Gorgeous!!!

I just bought that sexy hair gel (its not cheap) to use with my KCCC and Uncle funky curly magic on my 4b/4c hair. I get incredible definition with the KCCC and curly magic however there is no hold I always end up putting the hair into a puff also I think I need to use a hooded dryer to dry the hair.

This was relaxing ! I love how she did the wash n go . Many girls with coarser textures might think they can’t do wash n go but it’s so not true. I only do wash n go now since last year. Yeah shrinkage doesn’t show the length of our but it’s a sign of healthy heat. It looks so beautiful on you.

Wash N Go is my main go to. I'd love to see you perfect wash and gos, I like the saturate and shake method best. Folks sleep on wash n go's cus of the learning curve, it takes like a month to get ur curl pattern popping and you really have to do what she did, which is finger detangle, shingle, separate, shake and finger coil, after a couple weeks your hair naturally follows that pattern. I used to think I was 4c now I'm pretty sure I'm 4a but I stay watching ur vids regardless lol. I feel everyone should see a pro who does wash n go's so they can see that it can be done on their head.
