Anna... sis. I pray you NEVER forget how good the Father is to you. These gifts you share with the world are anointed. And to the wonderful artists that you work with, thank you for doing the same.
Im so just amazed by you Anna and the cast you had from "Of Ashes". I hope you one day get to do something live because i am READY. I was lost and turned away from God a while ago. I feel as if he knew that music was the way to turn my head back. I am now on my journey walking to him. But this one right here and a good few from "Of Ashes" make me feel as if im walking and he is right next to me. I've know Bryson since high school and i got the honor if getting to see him grow...so it hit 10000000% harder and so clear to me that HE played Jesus...the lord works in his ways. You have been a big part of my journey now and i thank the lord he craeted someone as amazing and talented as you to spread his word in this way ❤❤
@@AnnaMiriamBrown no for real, you are blessed! You are doing an amazing job with « His story ». I just watched your interview and a few songs. Keep on going sis!
"Look how she breathes" such a beautiful nod to God giving the breath of life. I was expecting more of an exploration of the first days and the communion with God, but then you went right into the tragedy. You have a heartbreaking contrast between Adam and Eve finding shelter in God and then being utterly terrified of him after eating the fruit. "And then He's still," oh the references to God speaking in the stillness! Again, wasn't expecting the condensing of the account and going right into the plan for redemption, but it is the most critical element so it makes sense. "Christ said from above them," very much in the beginning was The Word, and The Word was with God and The Word was God. I would've liked a little more theology in Jesus' part, perhaps about him coming to bring life and bring it in full, but I understand the choice to emphasize that God is love, and I appreciate having both the Father and The Son being part of this, BOTH love humanity. So yeah, excellent production.
Such a beautiful song! I love the orchestration- really gave it a jungle feel with the percussion! And excellent writing in of all the characters and perspectives!
I love this! Thank you for sharing your gift of music. It's such a joy and an encouragement to hear! It makes me think more deeply about the Bible, which I love. You are an inspiration!!
I love this so much. it's so beautiful. I made my Papaw listen as soon as I saw it was out! And my friend. We LOVE it. This is such a blessing to me. Love you Anna
Hey all/Anna at 48 seconds, he starts a line that I can't for the life of me understand. "oh, but your presence is paradise... dah dah dah dah dah dah da dah dah dah dah dah in your shadow is where i hide???" can someone tell be what's said there??
@@AnnaMiriamBrown oh wow! What an honor to have the writer herself say it!! I'm such a fan your songs make me cry so hard for the love I feel for our God. Thankyou!
While the singing is great, I feel like the story itself is waaaay to sanitized compared to the original story, god in the story of Eden Is quite villainous and cruel, he also lies to Adam and Eve. Prince of Egypt still has propably the best version of biblical god, he's powerful and his presence is felt, but they don't shy away from his cruelty and bloodthirst
I have to disagree. The God in theBible is very loving, patient and forgiving. They chose the consequences of their actions, and even then God himself had a way to redeem them without any requirements from them (humans).
Not me seeing this and recognizing people from Of Ashes like "Oh look its Mathias, YASHWEH, and Ashra's dad!! 🤣
lol yeah 😂
He went from voicing God to voicing an abusive dad. To opposite ends of the spectrum 😂
I am BLOWN away… Praise God for the gift of music and how He has gifted you ❤️
