Off Hand - Mercy's Plight: Marks enemy and erupt for additional damage when reaching 4 marks. You have to get used to auto attack when enemies got cc-ed. Lose attack speed but if you can proc marks then it should be ok.
My only problem with Swarmspeaker is that I'm super vulnerable during the use. Wizards, Necros, Saders are the meta so I used Solemn Snare for escape/damage. I understand that you use Mountebank to compensate for that though, maybe I can try it out later.@@jjbobson3671
@@GranzGaming not sure about helmets. I normally use the whirling strike 20% dmg helm but might switch to the extra charge. Toss up but extra charge is probably better due to 4pc gloom
This is my build. Number 1 bk on my server 60% win. You need 4 pc gloom with 2 pc mount. Drop vithu you don’t need it. Edit: actually I use different bats. Lose those bats and use the continual dmg bats. Movement speed bats suck
I was thinking the same thing, just that Vithus helped extended my Swarm of Bats duration so I can escape/kill eeasier. Currently at 68% winrate Rank 2 on Izual. I am interested in other builds too though so if you want, feel free to post the full build here and I'll try it out. Thanks for the tip mate.

Not bad tho dude. Try out the continual dmg bats. You would get more kills. You need to figure out the necro cheat death timing a little better
