I liked her in the Crush almost as much as Clueless, because both of those characters she played reminded me of this girl I used to know back in high school, who should have starred as Darien from the Crush and Cher from Clueless. Ironically her name was also Cheryl and had personality traits of both movie characters too.

+Palesa Makhetha: Cool, glad I'm not the only one to have discovered it. As a pretty big fan of vampire fiction, I was surprised to've never heard of it before, when I ran across it on Amazon. And yeah, the casting was great on that film. Silverstone and Ritter were delightful, and Weaver was hilarious (perhaps her best comedic performance).

If the law of veganism is to not harm animals... You aren't truly vegan unless you're growing your own food... If you are living with the benifits of commerce and technology... you aren't vegan. I'm sorry. One "diet" isn't going to fix our problems with animal farming. Regulations. Laws. This will change the treatment of the animals we consume. And we shouldn't be villainized for doing so. Vegans eat sentient beings too.

A lot of places have outdoor movie nights for families. Not sure why this one is in a cemetery. Maybe due to lack of open space in an overdeveloped part of the city, it was Halloween, maybe just some eccentric Hollywood tradition, who cares? The fact that you’re shocked that a little kid would imitate adult behavior, seen on screen or in real life, because they have no idea it’s inappropriate yet, suggests you haven’t been around little kids much. She says it’s sweet because he was way too young to see it in a sexual way. To him it was just a funny looking new way to kiss.
