While you wait for Layefa’s reply, let me give you a little idea about the difference.
Oily skin are acne prone skin and tends to be very oily, dry skin as the word is called, their skin is always dry and doesn’t bring out oils, For combination skin, their T-zone only gets oily why every other part of their face is dry.
