However the first Awan was by Hazrat Bilal did in the life of prophet.

When there will be real Imam then Azan will be heard everywhere. We have alternative arrangements now the real Islam from Allah prophet PBUH and his Alebeit and 12 Imams from Allah can take stands to establish the Allah system. Till that time we should wait until the real will appear like Sun these small light bulbs will disappear automatically and they never existed.
According to the Quranic teachings, the Imam has to be present at all times, hiding the Imam is against the Quran

Any think against sunnah is not accepted and is against Islam. What ever Hazrat Bilah did on the order of Holy Prophet is an authentic Azaan and anything except this is not sunnah. And theref ore not valid. No Azan No Namaz.
