Very informative your channel Clark enjoy watching it ,would of been really handy to watch a few years years back when I last all my stud sheep to dogs ,it’s good to see how a professional works keep up the good work
Baryulgil , Bungalung country as kids we use to fish and swim in the water hole 3.30 the crossing , yes beautiful country I absolutely loved growing up their it's a pity that there are so many wild dogs running around there only last year I was out bush and heard a pack of dogs barking down in a nearby creek obviously had a cow bailed up , good work mate
Wow… it’s so green… not what I expected when I think of Australia… it is a really beautiful place you live in… ❤️ Which part of Australia and what time of year was this?
I'm pretty sure I have either heard him say or written in a comment that it's Northern NSW... As to being green pretty much the whole coastline right around the continent is green its more in the centre that it's desert.
@@ClarkMcGhiesWildCountry your welcome I do pest control here in New Zealand but nothing like what you do. It's like a art form watching you set traps. Keep up the good work cob
Hi Clark, I was wondering if you every put cameras on your sets? It would be great to see some videos of how the dogs are reacting to your different sets. It maybe a risk of adding another new thing in to their environment, but could be worth a go around the bone dump where people have spent a bit of time. Thanks and keep up the great work. David.
Eric Rolls, Farmer, historian, old time Aussie, wrote a bit on the tactics of the old time Dingo trappers. I think he wrote it in; "They all ran wild". But it could have been in another one of his works; 'A million wild acres'. Either way, both great reading, especially for 'bushies' like yourself.
The huge bushfire took everything so the cattle were fed one round bales. Then the huge rain came and turned everything to mud and the cattle still had nothing so they churned up the bale areas chasing food, then the grass grew and everything looks beautiful. The landholder and his workers still have the memories burnt into their brains.
Purely because I want you to be able to have your opinion... not an opinion that other people tell you that you have to have. If this was a movie, I would rather deputise Jim Jordan and Trey Gowdy, give them all the Lynch rope they need and clean the whole swamp out. If anyone can prove any criminal or traitors act on the orange man, then he should swing too. Watch 2000 Mules
When I was a kid many years ago , a neighbor rancher told me he was having problems with coyotes. It wasn't coyotes . They were domestic dogs who formed a pack at night and roamed while killing young sheep and cattle . They didn't even eat the animals . They just killed for fun . Using a 22-250 scoped rifle , five dogs were dead and one of them belonged to the rancher.
Take the next kill wrap it in woven wire or chain link is best and steak to ground and set several traps all around catch them more and more the chain link keeps them from eating all at once or dragging off just a suggestion to you good luck ol bloke
Minnesota Rancher. Such beautiful country! But I'm afraid you may be doing a disservice, Clark, to the property owners showing these videos. After seeing them, everyone will want to move there! Great job! Good luck!
When wild dogs are killing your livestock, you hunt and kill them. We had dog packs killing calves and we carried firearms with us at all times when doing farm work. A dog that was on the farm got killed.
Love your stuff mate. It has become a staple for my brother and I for the last few months.
We both miss the days on the land in the 80s and 90s.
Thank you Jay. Glad you like our simple but complicated lifestyle. We try to just show it as it is without upsetting too many folk.

Extra points were given for "Texas heart shot."
Awesome work.
Why is there bare patches of ground like big circles through those paddocks amongst the green grass……?

G'day Dave, beautiful country, crazy left politicians. We need more Minnesota ranchers down here!
I was in West Australia near Albany, on a work exchange in the mid 80's.
Great experience. Loved the people. Worked for Mungrup Stud near Narikup.
@@davemcnamee2298 Hi Dave, glad you enjoyed your stay here in the south coast of W.A. Albany is still a beautiful place with friendly people.
Be one thing if they was hungry and ate it but to just kill and leave for bugs smh that dog won't hunt
How does a dogger get paid? You are not working for nothing. No one can.
When wild dogs are killing your livestock, you hunt and kill them. We had dog packs killing calves and we carried firearms with us at all times when doing farm work. A dog that was on the farm got killed.
Farmers aren’t allowed to carry their rifles everywhere now. Ammo locked in one place, rifle in another.
Understand the reason, but don't like your method. Trapping, don't agree with it
1080 poison then in your opinion is far better??
How do you deal with rats and mice that get in your home then?
Freak!
