@theterriblepanda if you really want to lose your marbles, I recommend Call of duty united offensive expansion pack mission Kharkov Station its a impossible mission to beat and I truthfully believe Google with all its wisdom has the wrong call of duty games being identified as the hardest games because the last mission on this game is literally impossible to beat on veteran difficulty
So CoD 1 was developed by the makers of Medal of Honor Allied Assault as a 'fuck you' to EA. Infinity Ward originated as 2015 Inc. Many of 2015 Inc's personnel would leave to help form Infinity Ward due to dissatisfaction with their contract with EA. Cod 1's project title was actually called "Medal of Honor Killer."
And then the same old infinity ward who become Respawn come back to EA and create Titanfall which suppose be "COD killer" and it is almost got but ruined by hackers
The "hardest mission" is based on real events. Search Pavlov's house, it was an apartment building which the red army used as a fortification against germans during stalingrad. the siege of pavlov's house lasted for 60 days and a soviet general later joked that more germans died trying to take than they did taking paris. it took its name from sargeant Yakov Pavlov who was in command of the defenders in the house. if you look a photograph of him he looks identical to the model in the game.
It's so cool to see the og cod community unite in the comments like this, wouldn't trade it for anything. Also you're my favourite youtuber atm, i love to see you going through the legendary cods i grew up playing and your commentary is hilarious. Keep up the great work panda❤️
Many people look back at MoH with nostalgia, and personally i do too. Despite me being only 17, meaning the game came out 5 years before me, it was the first game i ever played. Last time i played it was like 5 years ago so i think nostalgia is justified here. CoD would not be here without MoH. The developers for one of their games, Allied Assault, was developed by 2015 Inc. and later ended up founding infinity ward and making the first CoD. I have a lots of fond memories of the MoH games. I played Allied Assault, Spearhead, Breakthrough and Pacific assault and i enjoyed them a lot. It was the first ever game i played when i was 7 years old. I knew the game as the palm of my hand and beat it on hard what then didn't seem like lot but looking at people playing now and struggling with it like crazy amazes me. The game had everything, good sound design and maps, variety if weapons, anazing levels, movie like scenes. It had everything. Even the people: it was developed by Steven Spielberg and the music, which is by far the vest in all fps games still by Michael Giacchino. I loved the game a lot and still do and i would gove a lot to play it today, unfortunately i play on xbox so i gotta wait till i could buy a pc, cause last time i played on my dad's pc and now i can't play there cause it became only his computer and rarely lets me sit there, if ever, but definitely not for gaming.
Call of duty 3 was a pretty good one. I remember even 10 years ago, at the same time ghost and aw came out. I was playing cod 3, old characters like Nickles, Doyal and Duchcan.
I loved CoD 3, the story, at least what we had in the name of a story and the game itself was pretty good. The only thing I didn't like was that it was overly hard. And this comes from a person who beat Medal of Honor games on hard and WaW on veteran. Man, CoD 3 was HARD!
I recently bought the classics on Steam. Unfortunately, CoD 3 and Big Red One aren't on pc. Big Red One was my first CoD game, I would've liked to replay it again.
Original COD gave me lots of good memories. I especially love the on-rails levels like Car Ride. Doing drive-bys on Germans (with a Thompson, which gangsters used back in the day) was awesome. Truck Ride was also a fun mission. They tried to remake it in COD 4 but failed.
Next up is not CoD2, but the expansion United Offensive :) Not only did it have much larger levels, but it also had insane multiplayer with Battlefield-level huge maps. I remember playing one of the massive FFA games with 60+ people on a map called Kharkov; me and a buddy would just hideout in this one apartment and hide the whole game.
1:48:01 This part gave me goosebumps. It’s crazy to think that Soviet generals said the same thing to their troops when they were getting closer to Berlin and the Reichstag. I can’t imagine how they felt when they knew the war was almost over.
Damn, 2003?? I still remember getting this game for Christmas, and when it had basically every cool scene from Enemy at the Gates as a level, i was hooked.
Hi! this video was very fun to watch You are interesting when you talk, I will admit I skipped to stalingrad mission and Berlin mission and loved when you said How is comrade komisar not scared of these explosions and he is lying 😂 he not scared no hahahahahah very fun to watch you play this old game 11/10
Ngl bro i love to see the WAW content while im on break at work and my spear time when im alone keep up the great work 🙏 and btw no mean for disrespect change the thumbnail and them views will pick up cuh Lets go 100k
I never played the First 3 cods or the OG modern warfare (COD4) but I was introduced to COD with the original modern warfare 2 and the OG MW2 is my favourite COD, the story is good the multiplayer is just funny despite the noobtube and its still great to play, and it's saddening too see what the Modern warfare games are becoming and how people will grow up and not know about the OG modern warfare or older cods and think the trash we get now is the better Cods Also I was born in 2004 so I wasn't even born when it came out so that's why I didn't play it, I have played Medal of Honour airborne though but never played the First cods
You missed the part in mission 'Dawnvile' that 2 allied soldiers was raiding a panzer when you are heading to get a sniper to take out the mortar crews.
Dude, have you ever seen Band of Brothers?! If not you really really need to watch that, you will learn so much about D-Day, operation market garden, and 101st airborne
Can you please do a full campaign of call of duty finest hour? It’s the next game after cod 1. It’s my favorite campaign in the entire series. Bunch of dope missions
Funny you say that because this game ends in a similar fashion as world at war. I think they always had a similar vision but not yet the technology and experience to capitalize as well as they did with WaW.
