Hey man love the review. I recently bought the fifine and I have my streaming center in my basement but the mic picks up the sound of my furnace behind a closed door too much. Any idea how to put the mic monitoring down a bit or is that what the knob in the front does? I thought it made me voice louder or softer to whoever is on the other end
If you buy a blue yeti, you don’t get any of the things that are included with the fifine. So basically no pop filter, no boom arm and all that other stuff. The t669 is a pretty good choice if you’re just getting into mics
Ill tell you why the T669 is better. Because EQ software is free, balancing your lows, highs, adding a noise gate and adding bass to round off the tin can effect. Spend some time in voice meeter or reeper and you literally wouldnt be able to tell the difference between theses two mics. Knowing this, the only deciding factor is price and the T669 slaps the yeti up and down the block in that regard, especially with all the extras that it comes with that the yeti requires you to further purchase on top of the mic itself.
from 4:00 to 4:12 is the biggest difference in my opinion. Honestly it is not a bad beginner mic at all just use voice meeter to round the harsh edges of the mic and make it sound even better than the yeti. The only big difference you would miss is that the Fifine doesn't have a headset jack so you can't hear your own voice. Wish honestly in my opinion isn't all that necessary.
They were selling the T669 bundle for 37 bucks at microcenter. I have a Blue Yeti X and, needless to say, I picked up the T669 as a secondary mic. I find it to be nearly equal in quality when it comes to sound. Seriously, it's a good budget mic.
Due to the T669 coming with an arm and shock mount it is even better for gaming as it is better at not picking up the slightest desk shakes from moving on the desk.
Yeti has more bass, i've got my Fifine with a tad more bass on Voicemeter and i feel like it sounds better than that blue yeti, but i've also heard some people with stock blue yetis and they sound like ass, luck of the draw i guess
Yes. Although T669 can be connected with Android Phone with the suitable adapter, we always recommend using on PC or Mac. If you use T669 on the smartphone, you can't speak into the microphone and hear from the smartphone at the same time.
@@luvtrenchy Yes. T669 can serve your need if your main use is singsing. But the better choice shoud be the K678 equipped with the boom arm stand. If you lack for budget, the cheaper K670 equipped with the boom arm stand is recommended.
I am sorry but I did not like the demonstration because I came here to get review on Fifine mics but did not see you actually singing or playing anything in front of the mic
@@joule8878 oh ok. But is it worth the extra money? I bought the FiFine one and I'm happy with it. It was a great deal and came with a whole kit. I'm a believer in only paying for higher end stuff if you know you're gonna need it.
You definitely need better headphones. Blue Yeti has more variety than FIFINE's USB Microphone. It sounds very natural compared to the FIFINE as that microphone lacks some frequencies, making it sound a little bit muddy.
Haha, I'm taking economics right now and maybe you will too in the future but basically, because everything is moving to online and people are going to start needing more technology equipment (such as microphone, webcams, computers etc...) companies will purposely up the price so that they will make the max profits/money. Hence, The supply companies have vs the demand people need it. Supply and demand.

It depends on whether it is a noisy room, and how you setup the microphone. If you get so much noise from the T669, you are supposed to keep the volume dial around 50% and set computer input and output level at around 80%. Last but not least, you should keep the speaking distance around 3-5 inches, the closer the better. If you think the noise is still not acceptable after following the above suggestions, it's possible because of poor or defective connection or interference from other electronics. So just test it with another USB port and without other device plugged into the port right next it.
Wow I thought you were a channel with like 1 million subscribers because of how professional this video was. Great video 👍 I only realized your actual subs until I saw another comment
Yes, it's cardioid. There's notice difference on the tone between speaking from the front and the back. But cardioid mic has less efficient effect when it comes to noise rejection, especially if you're in a noisy use environment.
T669 works on PS4/PS5. But the downside is that if you plug the headset into controller, PS4 input and output will change to controller automatically. Thus, You are supposed to split the microphone feature from headset with a 3.5mm Female to 2 Male adapter, or simply use the earbuds which has two loops on its connector, then you're good to go.
