    I have real insomnia. I have horrible anxiety and depression. I have some trauma involved with all this.
    I don't sleep for 3 days... then 1-2 hrs.... 1 or 2 days.. then days again. Therapy doesn't help at all. That guest you had 4:00 . He really doesn't know. He said " just go to sleep at 12-,6.. ? I can't sleep at all..!! 6 hours don't just happen...! Because i wait till midnight!

    Do SSRIs make you sleep worse?

      ​@@eriamhsl3841but when I took celexa (just instantly for first time), it 'cured' my chronic insomnia. I'm not sure if it was 'placebo effect', or not..

      Try Buspirone I take it now and it’s wayyyyyy better than those ssri pills and Buspirone has no bad side effects !!!

      Believe me I was on them for nearly 30 years and they are very hard to come off of with brain zaps. I’ve been med free for 8 years and still struggle to sleep. I’ve tried a multitude of things naturally and yet to find something that works. The battle is real!

      @@Micah7-8 Have you tried microdosing with psychedelics? I have heard many good things and sleep improvements . Low doses not high to regulate the brain ( shrooms)
