Before exporting, make sure to apply a 3D effect first. It will then show up in list. Also, please make sure you're on Adobe Illustrator 2022.

Unfortunately you cannot do this in Illustrator 2021. Because the OBJ support was introduced in 2022 version. You can use 3D in Photoshop to create OBJ.
