As an Aventura resident, I love everything about it. The stores, mall, even the apartments. I used to live in Park Central and Hidden Bay. I now live in Turnberry on the Greene
Just moved to Aventura. The traffic on Biscayne is literally horrific. A place will be 3 miles away and take me 15 minutes to get there. My tip is ALWAYS bring snacks and a have a good playlist cause anytime you go somewhere it’ll be traffic.
Hi! Is that anytime of the day or only peak hours? Also is there traffic if you just want to go to the waterfront like Hollywood, Sunny Isles, Surfside? Thank you!
@@AllanBrandao pretty much all the time. Usually 10am-12pm is a sweet spot on weekdays to go toward sunny isle but on the weekend its always busy. To get to Hollywood it’s not as bad once you get past the casino. Btw Hollywood and Sunny isles are opposite directions.
this very is EXCELLENT. I am very common with the Brickell area, and I am considering Aventura and this REALLY HELPED. I totally got the point about having to drive to get ice cream for example whilst, in Brickell you can literally just step on to the street. But that's big city lifestyle, Aventura I am looking at because it's not the big city life, it's kind of resort style, high end condos and waterfront properties, FURTHER AWAY FROM THE CONGESTION & "NOISE" of Brickell. I LOVE Brickell, but right now I am looking for an alternative for my date to date and have a condo in Brickell to stop by when I need to do business (it's where my office is set up), do AirBNB etc. THIS VIDEO HAS SIGNIFICANTLY HELPED.
My husband and I are moving to Miami because of his work. I’m watching all the videos here. But I’m pretty convinced about staying in South Miami Beach. The challenge is finding a 3 bedrooms apartment.
This video was very helpful. My boyfriend and I are looking to move to Aventura before this year is up and this definitely put some things in perspective. I'm going to continue to research, but thank you so much for your input.😁

living in Aventura is like living in NYC with good weather very very very crowded and lots of non stop traffic : Richard in world Famous Dania beach florida
Just curious why are these condos not flying off the market like further north with this new influx of people moving to Florida. We are looking from Pompano up to Singer Island and those condos are on the market for like a week, and in need of renovating, yet here these are in the same price points, fully renovated sitting on the market some for 93 days? What is going on here that people are not flooding the market buying? thank you and great videos!
Hello! great question, honestly the market right now is super hot and condos are going under contract quiet rapidly. Of course single family homes are always the fastest to fly off the market but condos are selling quick too unless its over priced.
Was looking forward to this video!, Aventura looks great, and $1,700 is right in my price range, just to be clear maintenance fee’s apply if you are buying not for renting say a 1 bedroom right?
im 12 and i live in aventura its nice i like fishing in the small ponds and lakes in the area theres the occasional drunk homeless chasing you for money but hey i would rather move to jupiter florida

Good for you
I was born in Spain and moved here in aventura in 2018 and there was a lot of stealing cars where I lived “Aventura Bay”, but it is a nice city
Yeah Like anywhere there are petty crimes, my mothers car got broken into when I was younger. Those things happen even in the best areas sometimes

Aventura is ultimately where I'd like to be... because of that beack. From Miami... stuck NM. I'd need a miracle I guess (ha, a job) to make it there.
there are plenty of jobs here! just move! just do it
Me encanto el video.como se llama el lugar dinde estas en el minuto 2.56? Muchas gracias por tu tiempo salidos desde Argentina
Good video .
Is the brightline loud in Aventura?
hello not at all, the brightline is actually a bit further away from most condos in Aventura.

Looking to relocate from L.A. to Florida. Coming from a city known for traffic, that’s not a big issue.
Haha that's cool Steve, so it's not gonna be challenging for you!
Was looking forward to this video!, Aventura looks great, and $1,700 is right in my price range, just to be clear maintenance fee’s apply if you are buying not for renting say a 1 bedroom right?
yeah Aventura is great spot. And correct you only pay rent + Electricity + internet
I'm moving here for a job but I don't see Any housing for an apartment on any rental websites or Craigslist.
yes you could contact us if you need help!
Aventura Mall is not 16th in the nation it's fourth in the nation.
So is Ventura rents more than Miami ?
Aventura is Miami. But it depends some condos in Aventura yes are more expensive then some areas of Miami
what sucks is they don't allow pit bulls in miami-dade county. the only county in Fl that has a ban. that really sucks.
nobody follows that rule
Brighline station coming soon
Yeah!
im 12 and i live in aventura its nice i like fishing in the small ponds and lakes in the area theres the occasional drunk homeless chasing you for money but hey i would rather move to jupiter florida
haha no way you are 12! and there is no homeless chasing people in Aventura lol
💯
thank you!
What about Ojus??
True! that's pretty much next neighborhood I like Ojus and Graynolds
What about a woman traveling alone is it safe?
Hey there! Actually Miami is like every other city of course there is crime, but I´d never say Miami is unsafe
Is it gay friendly
definitely, miami is very open minded in every possible sense, specially south beach !
