Dirt Bike Magazine gets 3 sets of WP Cone Valve Suspension to test on 3 different manufacturer motorcycles. KTM 450SXF Factory Edition, Honda CRF450R Work Edition, and GASGAS MC150 project build for Mike Brown. Damon from WP helps the Dirt Bike crew get dialed in with settings all day at Glen Helen Raceway. Mark, Travis, and Jared all give feedback on the bikes and have some laughs along the way. I have cone valve and trax shock on my '24 350 XCF...Yes, they are worth the money. The bike sticks (in rocks) like velcro. If you cant afford the A-kit stuff, just get the stock stuff revalved and its fantastic as well.
You’re so lucky you get to ride at Glen Helen and go to that track every week. It looks like such a nice place to be in the summer time

@@DirtBikeMagazine yeah it's all great until someone gets hurt. You as a pro should show due diligence to have a separate track session for them.
It is not worth it if you don't even know what the damping clickers or springs do. I work on my own suspension to gain understanding and my personal performance needs. Most suspension today does not need re-valving with all the other adjustments we have,---unless we are Chase Sexton. If you are not a top pro looking for top performance, there is probably no modern suspension today (MXA never complains today), that you can't set up to work well for you,--with some earned knowledge. Quit being mentally lazy. Figure it out, and be proud/happy of something you figured out. :)
Another way to accelerate you knowledge of suspension set up is,----let the damn tracks get bumpy. Oh,--the EPA forced 4-strokes made them too fast and bumps are dangerous now in MX/SX?

I will never purchase another bike with WP Suspension. Even upgraded by their shop still sucks.
