Our booth has been doing good too. First slow day in a while was yesterday. Only sold 2 items all day. I'm going in this weekend to do like a full overhaul. I have so much new stuff to bring in and I want to move the Christmas to the back. It's still selling so I don't want tot take it out completely.
I’ve started using he custom sku function when I list. I put the month I listed it there. It helps me know how long I’ve had the item and whether I should sell cheaper if I’ve had it forever.
Your organization system looks like mine! 😂 Once a year! I feel also that it’s more important to know selling prices. If I know a certain item sells for $xxx then I personally will make a determination how much I’m willing to pay if I come across one. That # will be different for every reseller.
I don't understand why anybody would say they don't like the DEATHPILE DESTRUCTION videos. They are the same thing as your videos where you are listing. You just are not in the videos. And since they are DEATHPILE...the items are still new listings to the viewers??? Some folks just want to bitch. Keep doing what you are doing...great job! 😁

You can't put a price on your time spent sourcing, at auctions and garage sales. Also gas and time cleaning items. Many things need to be considered.
