Idk if it's just nostalgia but this show was so damn cool, the intro is so underrated also. Sets the mood perfectly

I’m not ashamed to say it. Rihos’ arc has my favorite plot twist in all of anime. From the first episode I assumed she was going to be nothing but the background moe character. I did not see that coming.
She’s my favorite character of this cool anime!

honestly I feel like a remake of this show would work better from an adoptive parent angle and “shido doesn’t see himself as riho’s real parent Bc he feels responsible for her birth parents’ deaths, she wants to feel more like an actual family though might still carry some of that resentment, the stupid little gremlin is the only communicator and thus the one holding this fragile situation together”
