- I’m excited to finally upload a video of the butterfly wreath. Grab a snack and a drink it’s a long one. There’s a lot of cutting and twisting. These are great as decor for a nursery or someone that loves butterflies like me. Have fun and be creative with your color combinations are your butterfly body. Sorry I called the wings petals throughout the video 😊

Materials
2 heart wreath frames
Pipe cleaners
Zip ties
10” or 12” Mesh of your choice(I recommend at least 3 colors)
Plastic canvas
Scissors
Wood burner or rotary cutter
Empty mesh roll (something for the body)
Ribbon for the body (optional)
Felt to complete the back

I was reading comments and someone said you have an Etsy account. You know you can put that link on your description, the place you put your materials info at. You can also put it as a link where your "about" info is for your channel's home page. Some people even put a link on their channel's image but I don't know-how. I just wanted to thank you for posting these unique wreaths. You should apply yourself to self-promotion if you want to make money at this, which I think you can do from the comments! Everyone is so happy you shared this talent!
I can see these being very personal. For instance, my 84-year-old mother just decided to go back to painting. This was touch and go for her because she had two strokes, broke her shoulder, and got a concussion! All in one year! So, to celebrate this return to something she loves, in the face of adversity, I thought of a wreath of a paint palette with a rainbow of colors on it. I could see a viable business for this. I would offer them as very personal gifts for delivery to home and businesses as well as the hospital! You can charge more for custom and rush orders. I also think you might qualify for grants from the Small Business Administration ( ----SBA. gov ---- I broke the link so I don't get in trouble with UA-cam )They don't like you posting links in comments). These grants are money you don't have to pay back and there are grants available if you hire under-educated or new to the workforce women. I love this. The SBA offers grants to women starting a small business, like something you probably qualify for.
I had several businesses over the years and was a VP to a corporation before I got ill. Mom and I helped so many women join the workforce and even become the head of household due to the income they made which was fantastic since the work gave summers off but in the busy season they made enough money to be able to re4lax and enjoy their children.

Yes the most beau butterfly wreath ive ever seen done andbthe good thing you can put whatever colors you want snd just remember butterflies arnt perfect butt 1000% well worth watching and wow you did a amazing job

These are the colors of my house, love it, I use to live in New Orleans and these are the Mardi Graris colors so here in 3000 miles away for new Orleans I have a plum,green, & yellow houses and wi!! Soon will have a butterfly handing on my pourch😇

Thanks for your tutorial. It's a beautiful butterfly! The colour scheme is spectacular and I love how you combined the different types of petals... it gives the butterfly amazing texture and definition. There is one thing though that I would have liked to see, and that is colour coordination on opposite sides. I'm sure butterflies have identical wings! When I was a little girl, I was always drawing and colouring butterflies - I just love them so much 🦋

It came out very pretty. I usually leave the wreaths or other projects on my wall at my home for a few days, to make sure that everything looks good.. ONLY A FEW DAYS, because if you leave it there to long, you may never stop changing it.. ENJOY!!! LOOKS GREAT!!

that is just stunning, I know two little girls who would just go ga ga over it. I think Two pieces of ting ting would be great antenna, with very small flowers glued onto the ends. Or dip the ends in glitter.

Well done. its just stunning and would look great in a little girls bedroom. PS buttons would make great eyes. so would black spoons cut off at the neck, use some white paint to make a reflection a comma.

Beautiful technique and result. I would suggest felt by the yard so you have one sheet for the back. I get mine at Joanns or Hobby Lobby. I think Walmart might carry it too

I would try wading some heavy aluminum foil shaping it the way I think the body should go. Then I would cover it with black ribbon. Just seems like I would be able to save this easier.
