People come to this life and go leaving everything, their clothes, words, memories, houses, pictures.. they leave like they've never lived.. I stare at my dad's pics and be like : this human has existed oneday ! he was here ❤️ yes he was right here ! These days i'm getting this thought kinda stuck to my mind : we all gonna leave someday, so why should i do that and that etc.. which is making me feel depressed most of the time, but i still have that soft light in my heart that makes me wanna keep living, the light of curiousity.. I realized that keeping curiousity about life and learning is what keeps a human alive despite all the sadness... One last word, be curious not hungry, u gonna leave everything in the end, and let us keep feeling your warmth ❤
I feel sorry for your dad. Be strong, fight, pray and I am sure that one day you will feel the warmth of the light again, you will see its color and you will rise again to bring that same light to the rest of the world

Made a cup of coffee and sat outside with my pup, Mister, relishing in the beautiful colors, smells and just warm temperature...feeling a bit stiff today...running a tub with epsom salts for agood soak...then aoolying lotion all over and dressing for the day at 3 pm. try to plan smll soothing activities...love yourself...the energy that comes through you will be picked up by others...you will attract them. BB;essings to you my friend.
When you realise it is YOU doing it... You'll be free. Sit still and close your eyes. Listen to your breath and know you have so much to be grateful for every day. Some people desperately wish they were left alone. You have someone's dream. You are living it. Be happy you even have a capacity to think or feel feelings. Lucky you. This isn't to mock your perceived depression just a gentle reminder to be grateful for the eyes you have to see and the hands to type. Gratitude will change your life.
