Thanks for the walk through! I just swapped out mine successfully. I had a hard time pulling out the old seal as mine didn’t just pop out as yours. I had to hack it up to get it out. I found a nail with a head that fit inside and then yanked it out. I damaged some of the threads a bit but it’s holding up just fine.
The fact that it has been so difficult should ethically show that these pieces of artwork are being hated on, therefore must by my account be worth the wait. Hang in there, cuz when they arrive and you want one it will be another year maybe..just sayin
Hammer the ring like he does. Possible can be to fill with a high pressure bottle from diving. The problem is to get pressure at once to get the rings fit. With a kompressor sometimes not possible. If yo can pump an it loses a little, make shots without ammo. 5-10 times.
Yes. The white O ring that the guy destroyed as he disassembled the gun: I too would like to know why he did not replace this seal. BUT......BUT......he seems to be very familiar with this repair and I am guessing he has done this before. This leads me to think that the white seal is not needed. (Maybe) Still, I would like to know the story behind that white O ring. My .357 is currently leaking from the charge (probe) port. Damn. If I perform his fix I WILL try to insert SOME O ring in place of the white seal in question. I welcome comments, PLEASE. Thanks......
To everyone in league with the extended time on the s45, I mean no frustration when I point out this from a simple jealousy point of view, these things are being hated on by every faction, when it's out of there hands, and I know personally that they had to be coming out some change because they had to change ports by a whole MF COAST!. THEY WOULD STILL BE STALE IF THEY DIDNT STEP IT UP. So, understand the unity we have here as AEA Elitists, and take a knee, and if you can't, I understand that it isn't the right piece for you at this time...but if it is...well...I send my respects to all of our journey while BIN & Team figure this out!

I wish you would make a newer video there never was a black o-ring under my pressure gauge and to remove it it was a totally different screw it was not the screw we use a big screwdriver it was a screw were you loosen it with a wrench totally different than what's in the video so I'm totally confused that's why you need to make a new video please.
How about a break down of the .457 because it is different inside and I cannot figure out how to stop the leak from barrel/breach. Edit: one year later- this part in this video worked to stop my leak...I ordered the .457 version of the valve seal.. Hope it helps someone with barrel/breach leak.
Sorry to hear you're having problems I have the same caliber and model you have I replace the two black o-rings that he sent me on the air tank nipple put it back together up against the main body attempted to add some air and it's still severely leaking just like before so I don't know what the hell's going on.

what is the twist rate on the hp max barrels? you seem to forgot how important twist rates are for accuracy and slugs. also is the hp max or challenger pro choked? please stop choking the barrels, it makes slugs perform horribly. if you wanna take a barrel design that shoots slugs and pellets super accurate look at the octagonal rifling in the air venturi avenger rifles. we need different twist rates for different velocities...it is the only way to be accurate at higher speeds. i make custom supersonic ammo for the aea rifles and the twist rates are all setup for sub 900fps shooting. id really like to be able to choose my twist rates and have you sell extra barrels considering how easy a barrel swap is. this is the one area where FX is really destroying the competition. FX has twist rates listed as well as a multitude of barrels available and they dont choke their rifles because like i said it makes slugs perform very poorly, you are supposed to be sizing your ammo anyways not letting a choke resize the pellet or slug for you as its passing through. the amount of velocity lost and accuracy lost by slamming through the choke kills it every time.
First, do you have a website to buy slugs from? Second, do you know what twist rates should be for specific slugs? Third, has anyone tried having barrels made? It's pretty cool fx has multiple options, but at some point it's not on the manufacturer to make everything. Forth, how much power do you think is lost with barrel choke?

My AEA challenger backfired and send the slugs and plastic off the back of the clip in my face. Pretty nasty cuts! I unscrewed my barrel and noticed a o ring not in place. I bought it through Zachery and he won’t contact me. Don’t buy from him. I almost blow my face off and he can’t even fix my gun. First time Iv ever had problems and was thinking of getting the Zeus. Can anyone fix my gun. I’ll pay. Thanks
@@willhamerslagh8902 The german company "GoGun" sells them (just for the .357 / 9mm / 7,5 Joule german version - but they should also fit). GoGun also has distributors in the US.
These guns are impossible to maintain even if you can figure out how to keep them pressurized you have to buy the seals from aea and rely on them for the duration of owning this gun
When the air is removed, is it supposed to have two white o-ring gaskets???????? When I took mine apart it didn't have any white gaskets, at all maybe that's why it's been leaking? it's had a leak to it ever since I bought it brand new,... brand new out of the box. I just recently replaced the two black o-rings on the air tank nipple put it back together and it's still leaking exactly like it did before anyone have any ideas?????

@@antongonist8294 its a crushable nylon seal , generally 8mm diameter , 1/8th thick.. theyre sold on grainer as nylon washers.
