Wow. I was sitting at my sofa thinking about how to do something to earn some money and I was thinking to build tiny homes projects and this video appeared wow, I have a small construction business business I just started last year and you opened my mind with your experience.
@@johnnycarranza6583 That’s awesome to hear Johnny! We’re planning on starting an online community here in the near future for small home builder so we can work and help each other out. Hopefully it’ll be out in a few months, would love to have you be part of it.
i been planning on starting my own container/tiny home business I’m based out of chicago, i have close family members willing to loan me the money to get started and i have space on my parents farm to do so. only thing is i currently travel for work and i don’t want to quit my current position to make the final jump, should i switch to a position not traveling making a lot less at my job and make the leap? if there are any tips you can give to a beginner looking to start in the container home business?. i currently make a living building/repairing mobile medical trailers so my experience is in a very similar field.
@@brandonbaker9044 We started with just a basic business license. It’s a bit of a grey area so there isn’t necessarily a tiny home license you have to get. Eventually you may need to get a modular license or a dealers license. It can vary state by state.
Wow, your journey is truly inspiring! Thank you for sharing it. I absolutely loved the way you wrapped it up with the beautiful metaphor of planting your own garden. 🌱🪴⛲️🏡

We desperately need th developments in pcb fl. How do I get that going ?
@@hamprepper Most people look for properties that are zoned for RV’s and turn them into tiny home communities. That is a pretty common route!
What kind of license did you have to obtain to start building and selling.
