We did the binki fairy when my son was about 2.5. Waited for all travel and big adjustments to be done. He was old enough to participate and be included and did fine! He was binki obsessed so I was very anxious, but it went smoother than I expected. We made a big deal about the binki fairy coming and made it like a celebration.

We did the binky fairy. They took the binky to another baby and left a present in its place. This was around age 3
