First of all, those are tram lines. This is a parade, they are doing to advertise that there is the famous endurance race of the season, won here means have a step on the triple crown title (triple crown endurance is win at 24h Le Mans, 24h Daytona, 12h Sebring, triple crown automobile is win 24h Le Mans, win Indianapolis 500 and win Monaco F1 GP). They are doing the parade even with the GT3 championship and the European NASCAR Series. This is the only time you will see track cars on (closed) roads, not like Rally cars

Garage 56 participated last year with the Next Generation NASCAR Camaro. Stunning car with the V8 that would have awakened even the deads, they finished last in the GTE AM category, but the satisfaction of doing 285 laps of Le Mans, for the moment, is unique

Miss the days of enjoying events. Not is just a crowd of doucebags filming it with their phones for fake internet attention. Put it down and LIVE YOUR LIFE. Why go if you do not want to soak in the moment and see it WITH YOUR IWN EYES instead of viewing it thru another screen?
