The egg/orange/yellow parts have a bit of a more gooy texture where it kinda coats your mouth a bit, but it is very creamy. I know it might not sound that good, but the taste is a light soysauce and raw seafood but it's so addicting when you eat it. It doesn't feel heavy and the taste isn't strong

Is that crab raw ? I didn't see her cook that crab and yea the flesh look raw. Is it safe to eat ? Because raw seafood might contained bacteria or even parasite ? Im just asking because im curious.
Thank you for the explanation between fermented crab and raw... you are definitely correct.. I’m not dumb, but when translated as raw crab,most Americans think raw crab (not all, but most).. the translation of raw marinated crab simply means it not cooked before being fermented... the idea is much clearer now

生エビに近い感じですかね！生エビの食感がない…みたいな…？トロッとしていて、エビのようにコリコリはしてないです！けど、甘味は強いです🙂
カンジャンケジャンは醤油漬けなので、醤油の味が強いですが、ヤンニョムケジャンは甘辛いタレでにんにくがよくきいてます！お店にも寄るかと思いますが、割と辛めのお店が多い気がします！
