I have reels worth hundreds of dollars and I have some of these reels. For what I paid for them they're damned good reels. The drag is smooth as butter and the reels are well balanced. Can't go wrong with them. If the bearings fail even after a season or two of use and you can't find replacements it's still worth it for what you paid for them. I can buy 10 of them for the price of what I pay for one of my other reels. Even if they only last one season that's 10 years of service.

Kastking is a ligit brand, not a temu brand. The only 2 rod and reel companies I use is lews and kastking.
Mud fish is exactly what I thought it was but until you caught it idk why I thought it was just a big bass

Tried eating one once, it was a very terrible experience. I would not suggest trying to fillet one, stick with crappie and perch for sure.
