1\2 Cup Bura\Powdered

1\2 cup Ghee
2 tbs hot milk
1 tsp cardamom powder
pistachio for garnishing
Coconut Laddu
2 Coconut |4 cups
Sugar
dry nuts
cardamom
gum
Mohanthal
400 gm Chanadal
150 gm jaggery
175 gm ghee
pista slices
badam slices
3\4 Cup Malai or cream
1\2 tsp cardamom powder
Lapsi
2 cups corsaly wheat flour
3\4 cup Jaggery
1 \4 to 1\2 cup ghee
2 cups water
1\4 tsp cardamom powde
1 tbs sugar
cashew nuts and almond
for garnishing
Moongdal shiro
1 Cup Moong dal
For Halwa
1\2 Cup Moong dal Flour
1\2 cup Sugar
1\4 Cup + 2 tbs Ghee
1 Cup Milk + 1\2 Cup water
Dry nuts as you want
Cardamom powder
Pinch of saffron
Sitaphal Basundi Recipe
1 Kg Sitafal \ Custard Apple
1 LItre full fat Milk
Sugar
Caradamom Powder
Milk powder
